A User-Friendly Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to use Hygraph CMS for managing my website, and I must say it has been a valuable tool in streamlining my website management process. This robust content management system exceeded my expectations with its user-friendly interface, powerful features, and overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one aspect where Hygraph CMS could improve, it would be the availability of additional third-party integrations. While the software offers a good range of built-in features, seamless integration with popular tools such as email marketing services or e-commerce platforms would further enhance its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph eliminates the need for extensive technical knowledge, empowering users to efficiently update their websites without relying on external resources or extensive coding.
Great developer-friendly GrapQL Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Creating schema and content models is straightforward to use. The API playground feature reduces developer time spent on querying and mutating data. Another feature I would like to highlight is the Modular component, which allows for adding several components within a model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rich text editor has a few bugs when adding a bullet list and does not support adding links to images. My content development team has also encountered issues where content changes are sometimes not saved and published correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves several problems related to data organization, integration, and retrieval and is designed to handle large-scale data sets efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph provides a variety of features and tools to support creating diverse and engaging content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get used to, maybe not the most easy to pick up on at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating articles for our company resource library.
Loved the CMS. Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Hygraph is the ability to quickly add fields and create a page. I have used other CMS, but I found Hygraph very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I disliked was the limitation on not being able to add link to images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Page creation is extremely easy which makes it easier to take pages live.
Hygraph has been a huge boost to developer experience and productivity in our team.

Both the Content and Management APIs are incredibly versatile and powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need a bit more love. Localisation is a bit janky, with weird treatment of the default language and not-so-intuitive mutations for updating data in localised fields. Overall it is manageable but could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an automatically generated graphql API. Improved CMS experience for our content team. Automation via webhooks. A "source of truth" for our content metadata.
Great user experience, but lacks some features
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is a great CMS that can be used in many different scenarios and kind of projects due to it's flexibility and user interface. Also, the customer support is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that aren't present in this CMS that we can find in other solutions, like WordPress (used as headless CMS).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use content management system, as our client has some users that only need a way to insert new content, as we need to implement as a headless CMS.
Great service, excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph makes it easy to create data schema and craft a CMS setup that meets the needs of multiple of my clients. Ingestion of the data is also very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better documentation and warnings about changes coming to the API, especially when they could be breaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph allows my clients to manage their own data, decoupling it from the front-end side of things and making management of web properties easy for me and them while reducing the likelihood of my clients creating any issues on the site.
Flexible platform, limitations on scale
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very flexible platform that allows you to do a variety of things with the right internal resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our site scaled the support and speed of things from Hygraph suffered.

We have a hyper-local business that Hygraph allows us to scale our website with custom pages at a rapid pace.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hygraph is the short learning curve. It doesn't take much time to get used to working with it. It's really usefull if you want to divide content and coding parts of your website
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much of issues that I have found. Some smaller ones but in general there is a good response from the support team to help you with that. So there isn't much crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are dividing our responsibilities as developers and content managers with using the Hygraph as a platform. So there is no need for developer to do the CM work and developers can focus more on code.
Fantastic Platform for Website Design
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hygraph is its ease of use through modular building blocks. It is very clean and modern in it's design.
It is also a great platform for international businesses as it allows us to share assets between countries.

The least helpful parts about Hygraph are the lack of customizations available to alter the different modules. It feels limiting in designing our website overall.

Hygraph is solving managing assets for an international company to be able to share with each other for their unique and individual websites.
