I find it good and usefull
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hygraph is the short learning curve. It doesn't take much time to get used to working with it. It's really usefull if you want to divide content and coding parts of your website
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much of issues that I have found. Some smaller ones but in general there is a good response from the support team to help you with that. So there isn't much crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are dividing our responsibilities as developers and content managers with using the Hygraph as a platform. So there is no need for developer to do the CM work and developers can focus more on code.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hygraph is its ease of use through modular building blocks. It is very clean and modern in it's design.
It is also a great platform for international businesses as it allows us to share assets between countries.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful parts about Hygraph are the lack of customizations available to alter the different modules. It feels limiting in designing our website overall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is solving managing assets for an international company to be able to share with each other for their unique and individual websites.

It took away my need to use bad headless cms's and was first robust one I used
Great, extendable headless CMS for local content, with a few rough edges
What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful, extendable CMS that makes organizing and publishing large amounts of dynamic content relatively easy. Some features out of the box are very, very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical limitations we've run into with Graph - API limits and the like - that have taken significant dev work to circumvent. It's not as SEO-friendly out of the box as Wordpress or Umbraco, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of pages that use dynamic content that we're able to publish quickly and easily, updating content across multiple pages in a single click. While basic content posting is a bit harder to get perfect,it's nevertheless a great solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great api, nice ui for developers - api playground, fast to setup, environments.
Great customer support, always almost immediate. I'm using it daily becasue we're migrating new brands to Hygraph.
Integration is really good easy one with NextJS specialy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ui for editors. Cloning environments a bit slow. Documentation for management sdk is not up to date.
Documentation for SDK is incomplete. More examples needed for advanced things like MULTI BRAND approach.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is solving API for us, and easy way to create and update content. Caching also works nice. Images transformation from my perspective needs and additional param back to user when we transform/crop image, the sizes of images are needed. Because sometimes you just want to have image fit to 300px width but you don't know the height because you wanted that image keep natural aspect ration and in that case I coudn't get height size from Hygraph and it would improve content jumping on initial render

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of intergration and the flexibility it offers, including the locals, this makes it work with many different complex sites. Also, their support is always there to help whenever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of being able to add HTML to the free text editor for complex nested lists in T&C documents etc this was in previous versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves multiple issues by having the flexibility of being a headless CMS system and having the documentation and support, making the product stable and robust.

I love that it's built on GraphQL, which is easy to use and faster fo development. Dashboad is easy to use and allows to distinc between prod and stagin environments!

Missing a third-party backup solutin for media and query data
