Great Product for Active Directory Management.
What do you like best about the product?
Allows creation of user account templates that include Exchange settings making it very simple to create new user accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While making the product easy to use the web interface does make it slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a high turn over percentage and this product makes it easy to add new users, remove old, and expire unused accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IT is a great product, Wish it would also help create users in CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The webui is easy to manage and use for our entry level technicians. This allows us to have a higher level of security around ADUC without the need to manage delegations through the domain/forest tree.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support from Manage Engine has not been the easiest to navigate and get a response back from. The solution does allow for multiple domains but does not like a single exchange environment in one domain that manages both domains as the second domain does not have a local exchange environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep IT Security as a priority and limiting users access to certain infrastructure services that someone may not have knowledge about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at solution that is fully auditable and keeps technicians outside of ADUC this is a good solution to be looking at, it does have a ton of different addons for the environment but of course at an additional cost

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for simple GUI based AD administration for large bulk tasks. It also allows for GUI based reports for the always persistent auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of what this product does can be done with Powershell. It is a crutch for companies that do not have a lot of in house PS people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large build AD tasks and easily generated reports for those who cannot do with CLI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save your money and train people to use Power shell. It will save money on this and other AD needs.
Fantastic reporting, AD management suite. A must for thin spread IT departments
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent selection of quick management tools that allow for single or bulk modifications to AD. Massive library of useful, easy to read reports. Scheduled reporting works great! We run about a dozen daily/weekly reports for audit purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual price for this product is a bit steep. Perpetual licensing would be better. Stability, we have to restart the server that houses the software 1-2 times a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lightens the load on our DBA as a lot of the reports we need are canned and ready to go. Getting daily snapshots of added/deleted/modified users groups and computers in an easy to read layout makes auditing an almost painless process

Reporting and bulk modifications make this product a no-brainer.

- Need a more user friendly interface for support staff when managing accounts/profiles

- Our Service Desk supports a number of different customers
- Having one tool connected to multiple customers allows us to perform basic AD tasks on one screen instead of having to connect to each customer's server.

Nothing other than hardening the O365 integration a little to include groups
