I appreciate how straightforward it was to connect our AWS and Azure environments. The platform is intuitive, and the healthcare-focused templates align well with our operational needs. Additionally, the support team is responsive and truly understands the compliance challenges we face.

There are no major issues; the system continues to improve with each update.

I also enjoy the reminders and updates, as they help keep our team on track without ever feeling overwhelming.

Honestly, we haven't encountered any significant issues so far. It simply works well for our needs.

Their customer support stands out, they're incredibility responsive and patient, especially when teams like our who aren't compliance experts. The platform is also user friendly and the guided tasks make it easy to track progress. We especially love how it pulls everything in one place from vendor monitoring to policy templates, It just works, without overcompliance everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much we dislike because there provided us with good and great customer service.

We'd love more flexibility with customizing controls and better in app guidance during complex audits. Some integrations cloud be smoother, but their team is always ready to help. Minor UI tweaks cloud improve the overall user flow even more.

Secureframe is really user- friendly, and setting it up wasn't a headache. It fits well with the tools we already use, so we didn't have to change much. Their support team is helpful nd quick to response, which makes a big difference when you're juggling multiple vendor risks.

Sometimes there are so many features that it can eel a bit much at first. A more straightforward intro or walk through would be nice. Also, reports don't always updates instantly, which can be annoying when you need info quickly for deadlines.

Before Secureframe, keeping track of all our third party risks felt overwhelming. Now, everything's in one place, and it's way easier to see who's compliant and who's not. It saves us time and stress, which is huge when dealing with financial regulations and vendor risks.
