What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's customer support is seriously top tier. Their team is fast knowledgeable and always ready to guide us even on short notice. The platform itself is intuitive and implementation was smooth, but having support that feels like an extension of our own team makes a big difference. we use secureframe regularly and the features around tracking assessments, and alerts are incredibly helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only downside we've noticed is that some of the integrations could be more customizable, especially with niche tools we use in retail. It's not a dealbreaker, but there's room to grow in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a retail company handling multiple vendors, staying on top of vendor security and privacy assessments was a huge challenge. secureframe helped us streamline the entire process no more messy spreadsheets or slow, manual checks. Now, we can quickly evaluate vendor risk, maintain compliance and stay audit ready without draining internal resources. It's a time saver and stress reducer.

What do you like best about the product?
Seureframe customer support really stand out, they are quick, helpful and know their stuff. The platform itself is easy to use, didn't take long to set up, and fits in well with our existing tools. we use it often and appreciate how regularly they improve features based on feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vendor dashboard can get a bit overwhelming when you're managing a lot of partners. Also, more flexible reporting and integrations would be great. But overall these are small things compared to how much it helps us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us stay on top of third party and supplier risks, which is huge in finance. it automates vendor reviews, monitors risks in real time and keeps us audits ready without all the manual work. it's made our risk management process faster smoother and more reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's customer support is expectational responsive knowledgeable and proactive . Their team guided us through a smooth onboarding and continues to assist with integrations and updates. we also appreciate the platform's intuitive design, making it easy to adopt across teams. Daily use in seamless and key features around vendor workflows and automated risk assessments are robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is strong, reporting customizations can feel sightly limited. more flexibility in tailoring dashboards for various internal stakeholders would improve transparency further. Additionally, the initial setup required a bit more data mapping then expected, but their support helped overcome that quickly. still, a few more native integrations would make it even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us tackle third party and supplier risk management with clarity and control. It streamlines onboarding, continuous monitoring and compliance reporting all in one place. What do you like best about the product?
Their Support team is amazing seriously. Anytime we've has questions, they've been quick to reply and super helpful, walking us through everything. The platform is easy to use, setup was smoother then we expected, and it works well with the tools we already use. We check it often, and it's become a key part of how we manage compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the report were a bit more customizable. sometimes we need to filter data differently or export thing in certain format and the options are a little limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting and staying SOC 2 Compliant used to be a real headache. secureframe took all the guesswork out of it. it connects with our systems, collects evidence automatically and keeps us on track with clear to dos. for a growing company like ours, it saves tons of time and helps us feel confident that we're always audit ready.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SSO login is not working and you have to use a specific URL. The fleetdm client is also buggy at times, not reporting to the platform or auto-restarting endlessly

We have used it successfully for SOC2 Type 1 audits and now for SOC2 Type 2

What do you like best about the product?
The central value of the platform was its ability to get a cohesive risk view across our entire digital and partner ecosystem. We brought together our delivery management software’s backend on Amazon EC2 and Google Cloud SQL, our internal operations on Microsoft 365, and—most crucially—our vendor risk module (working with dozens of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and carriers. The quick integration to the offering allowed us to have end-end visibility without taking crucial engineering resources off from our core platform. Automating the process of collecting evidence for access reviews and infrastructure monitoring is our daily tool in operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time mapping of logistics controls related to our physical logistics operations was difficult as some of the settings needed customizations, which took time for support to configure. The pricing model is important, but I consider it an essential operational cost which reduces a lot of risk; similar to our insurance premiums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe flipped the script on security from an IT problem to an operational necessity. In logistics, a breach implicates not only the data itself, but the entire supply chain that could be shut down. It was this platform that kept the order and offering mechanism safe and robust, a system upon which our delivery management technologies and ecosystem depend. It has been instrumental for ramping up big enterprise customers and 3PL partners, as we can immediately show an auditable, large-enterprise-strength security posture. It hasn’t just shielded our operations, it has come to represent a foundational element of our operational resiliency and powerful competitive advantage that allows us to grow while keeping client trust.

Our Path to Opening the Gates of Big Box Retail Partnerships

What do you like best about the product?
From a sales standpoint, ease of use is Secureframe's biggest selling point. I’m no technical wizard, but it empowers me to produce a professional, up-to-the-second summary of our security status with just a few mouse clicks. The vendor risk module is also extremely easy. I’m able to start an assessment and share the status with a retail partner when they have concerns about our data security – which goes miles in building trust. The connection with our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, although it is not as helpful to us right now in court as it could be, means a great deal of the evidence collection in background occurs automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is deep, designed for security pros, and there are metrics on the main dashboard not applicable to my role. Most of my time is spent living in the reporting and vendor areas. Also a simplified "Business Partner" view for sharing with non technical clients would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the food and beverage business, it takes more than a great product to take your offerings from local store shelves to national retailers; you need to also prove that you’re a trusted and secure partner. We’d previously attempted to manage the long, detailed security questionnaires that they sent us using a manual, ad hoc process that could drag out a deal for many months. Now, we are able to answer these questions with substantiated proof of our compliance in an automated manner within a matter of a few days. This has been our most powerful single tool to establish instant credibility with the procurement and risk officers at major grocery and retail chains. It’s literally shortened our sales cycle and supported us forming partnerships we weren’t able to reach into before. It’s not just a compliance tool — it’s our fastest business development tool.’

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate how Secureframe simplifies managing our SOC 2 controls, ensuring compliance without constant oversight. The straightforward setup for integrations was hassle-free. I find it invaluable how it manages personnel accounts and encourages policy acceptance and security training efficiently. Their customer support is excellent and having the ability to easily test controls and pinpoint failing evidence adds great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited functionality in terms of notifications. The frequency of notifications isn't adjustable to my preferences, and I would appreciate being able to fine-tune exactly what I want to be notified about, especially regarding failures. Additionally, the current system offers notifications through email only, and it would be beneficial to have them integrated with Slack for convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe simplifies compliance management, ensuring our SOC II controls are met effortlessly without constant monitoring, and facilitates personnel management and security training.
