Very Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in creating structure for our compliance team to go through the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to download evidence and policy if you need to extract for security assessments.

One centralized system to track and document our compliance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe in order to complete our annual SOC2 audit
Secureframe helped us achieve SoC2 compliance that would otherwise be impossible for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe automatically reads our security profile from cloud systems such as Google Cloud Platform and Office 365 and checks for compliance. It also guides us to upload the remaining evidence to be able to complete compliance. From initial integration to special situations, the platform is easy to use by non-experts. The customer service has been exceptional, and rather proactive instead of reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not really found any significant downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe monitors security compliance of our cloud systems instead of having us to do so manually. It helps us save thousands of dollars in labor cost and helps keep our compliance up to date.
Great GRC tool
What do you like best about the product?
It provides everything we need for our SOC 2 audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better integrations for evidence collection.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Secureframe covers a great balance between cost and feature availability. It is not as expensive as Drata or Vanta while offering a very similar feature set. Sprinto might have had a more complete feature set when we were purchasing but Secureframe has caught up in most areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules could use a little bit more customization. For example, I would like to be able to associate risk assesments to be specific to a vendor but that mapping doesn't exist yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe allows us to meet all of our regulatory requirements as well as maintain SOC compliance.
Surprisingly Simple and Actually Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I wanted something that would keep my client work organized and secure, but not have to make it complicated. It’s a way to keep everything simple — jobs are obvious, and it tells me what I need to do without being irritating. The daily alerts are helpful without being overwhelming, and I like that it doesn’t need constant babysitting. It just hums along in the background, that’s perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not the most versatile thing in the world. I do kind of wish that I could make Voice In behave differently, either the way some tasks are categorized or the way that notifications end up being sent. A little more control over how things look and feel would be nice, too, but it’s functional, but not a lot of personalization to be had. And there are some things that feel like it’s intended for larger teams, so I just ignore those parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and prevents me from overlooking important security and compliance pieces across various client projects. I no longer worry about missing deadlines, or that something will fall through. It is essentially having a silent assistant who keeps things neat and your clients satisfied.
Secureframe makes SOC 2 simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been an amazing vendor in our SOC 2 process. The platform makes it easy to connect with qualified auditors, track our compliance efforts, and keep all of our requirements organized in one place. It takes what could be a complex, time-consuming process and makes it straightforward and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that the reminders and task tracking aren’t as strong as they could be. While the platform is excellent overall, more consistent notifications and accountability features would make it even better.

Secureframe has streamlined our SOC 2 compliance process by giving us a single platform to manage requirements, track evidence, and coordinate with auditors. It eliminates the guesswork and manual effort that would otherwise take significant time and resources. Having everything organized and audit-ready in one place has saved us countless hours and ensured we stay on track with compliance.
Great solution for security documentation and employee compliance
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame was a great tool for our team to be able to house all of our security documentation in a secure location. It also allowed us to be able to keep our employees up to date on annual security reviews and necessary compliance standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the AI component of filling out security questionnaires was only applicable to Excel files, and most of the questionnaires that our team receives are via portals or other methods like Word Docs or PDFs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame is an excellent central repository for essential documentation. It also keeps employees up to date on compliance training, and allows us to display our security standards on our website in the form of an easy to access portal.
Big learning curve, slightly buggy, but very helpful compliance software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the trust center - makes it super easy for our potential customers to retrieve the security documentation they need. I also have not yet used the questionnaire/knowledge base feature, but am very excited to try it out as it has the potential to save many hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had various issues with small bugs - integrations failing periodically. We've also had issues in our audit prep because the Secureframe numbers don't match up with traditional SOC2 control numbers, and our auditors who aren't well versed in Secureframe have had significant trouble finding the evidence they're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us time and helping us stay compliant when it comes to audit prep and third party questionnaires.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, and an outstanding customer support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes come in conflict with solutions from other vendors, sometimes making it difficult to select the best path forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us manage our security policies and general compliance. This year, they specifically provided a framework to become SOC2 certified which was a big win for our organization.
