From Zero to (SOC) 2 in a month
What do you like best about the product?
We looked at a variety of compliance automation platforms, Secureframe's team and platform stood apart. They take a very straight forward approach and an unbeatable price. They supported integrations for every tool we needed and their support was prompt whenever we had a question or needed help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain tests/controls that are included that aren't required as part of a SOC 2, it was sometimes difficult for us to tell what where required vs nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Secureframe to help our start up get SOC2 Type 1 compliant in very short order. We had a unique situation of being a very small and early company, they helped us navigate the nuance of what that means and how to make it work.

Easy to use platform, great UI, amazing customer support

Some non-critical integrations don't work as intended

Easy tracking of issues for soc2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who comes from the product world , I think Soc2 can be a bit overwhelming. I found the UI of secure frame to very intuitive which benefited us during the assessment
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in-app knowledge would be a nice addition but having to click a few links is not big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily SOC2 compliance is easily tracked as well as access control in one place.

While we have not yet completed certification, our progress toward audit readiness has been significantly accelerated thanks to Secureframe’s platform and expertise.
SecureFrame - Easy Auditing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use platform and ability for multiple teams to collaborate on a company project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could customize more, such as custom connectors, training updates, etc.

We are able to review our audit frameworks from one source, making it easy to review as a a team.
Best SaaS for complience.
What do you like best about the product?
I'd recommend people to use Secureframe if they want to be complaint with any security framework. They are providing a best list of tasks with the guides how to deal with them, as well as they have a great support and even some AI agents to simplify your interaction with a platform. It's really easy to use, and with their help it's easy to implement industry best practices. We're using it every day. After adding all your services and clouds as integrations, it's best compliance platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page consuming really a lot of RAM.

Fairly easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is having access to a human to talk to. Secureframe has a good knowledge base and a "getting started guide" that helps get one get setup but the option of meeting regularly with a rep to go over progress and questions is really great. Our rep Jon G. is super helpful :D
What do you dislike about the product?
The authenticator to sign in which means I have to have my phone available to login but that makes it even more secure so not really a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to ensure we are doing all we can to be secure and protect our customer's and partners as well.
Secureframe Simplifies Compliance and Policy Management
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes SOC 2 compliance much smoother. I really like that it helps with policy acceptance for new users, assigning security training videos to new joiners, and keeping policies updated. It also tracks vendor lists.
The dashboard is clean, and the integrations with tools like AWS, Google Workspace, and Github help pull data automatically with the vulnerabilities.The Governance feature is very useful, as it shows which applications each user has access to and whether the right security options are enabled. On top of that, the asset inventory tied to the SOC 2 framework gives a clear view of systems and resources, making audits and compliance checks much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
A. Sometimes the policy acceptance reminders can be a bit too rigid, and it would be great if there were more customization options for scheduling or tailoring them to different teams like :
1. Customizing the message style to match your company’s internal communication style.
2. Flexibility in sending the email as per teams
B. Having different format to export vulnerbilties apart from only CSV

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the manual effort of chasing people for policy acceptance, makes onboarding new employees easier with built-in training, and helps us stay on top of access controls and vendor compliance. This saves a lot of time during audits.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automation save a ton of time, and the dashboards make it easy to track audit readiness. Great at quickly getting your org compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test overview documentation sections can offer varying levels of depth, some are more helpful than others.
