Smooth and Simple Compliance Training
What do you like best about the product?
lear interface, easy navigation, and efficient training process.

Secureframe made the compliance training process really straightforward. The platform was easy to navigate, and I could complete the training quickly without any confusion. It’s well-organized and user-friendly, which saved me time and effort. Overall, a very smooth experience
Compliance Automation & Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and test lists make it clear what needs to be done to achieve compliance.
The breadth of features means it handles most of what you need within the platform.
The ongoing monitoring makes staying compliant easy.
The support and success staff are friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like the Trust Center, are much more expensive than they need to be.
Refreshing a test after making changes is slow, which can be frustrating when trying to iteratively solve an issue.
Some tests are of questionable benefit, feels like checking boxes rather than improving security and compliance.

Love the product and the team
What do you like best about the product?
Been using it for more than a year, one of our favorite tools we use. Simple, well priced, team is responsive and know their stuff. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with auditors can be more streamlined but it's good enough for us currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting security frameworks implemented and audited easily
Making the daunting task of SOC2 and ISO27001 certification clearly obtainable.
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard. I can login daily and very easily see what needs to be addressed and with what urgency. Also the Support team is very proactive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't employ an MDM, SecureFrame offers a very lightweight app for Windows, OSX and Linux that can monitor your employees computers for compliance with Hard Disk Encryption, Screen Lock Settings, Password Complexity, Anti-malware settings and Firewall settings. This is hugely helpful. Unfortunately though, since this needs to work across multiple operating systems and hardware configurations, it doesn't always work. When it doesn't it can get a bit tedious.

We use Secureframe specifically to help us manage compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001 frameworks including assisting with obtaining and working with an appropriate auditor.

Secureframe has been a fantastic solution for our team, especially when it comes to balancing a limited budget with a strong need for comprehensive security compliance. The value is undeniable. It provides a robust suite of tools without the high price tag or the need to bring on dedicated compliance staff. The platform's intuitive design made getting started incredibly straightforward; we were able to quickly configure our settings and integrate with our existing infrastructure. What really sets Secureframe apart is the caliber of their customer support. The team has been consistently responsive, providing quick, personalized assistance that made our initial setup and ongoing use a truly positive experience.

With the platform's extensive features, it can be a bit challenging at first to navigate all the options, but the excellent support team is always there to guide you.

Secureframe has effectively solved the problem of achieving and maintaining compliance without consuming a significant amount of our resources. It's allowed us to automate manual evidence gathering and risk management, which has freed up our technical team to focus on development and core operations. This has not only reduced our operational costs but also significantly shortened our audit preparation time, which is invaluable for a lean organization. Secureframe has enabled us to quickly build client trust and demonstrate a professional security posture, giving us a major competitive edge.

Secureframe is a powerful compliance automation platform that makes achieving and maintaining standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR much easier. Its key strength is automation: the system integrates directly with cloud providers, HR platforms, and security tools to continuously monitor controls, flag issues in real time, and provide clear evidence collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the features to roll out in a timely manner. Would like the product team to address real world compliance issues and not always the nice to haves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform drastically reduces the manual work and back-and-forth typically required for audits. Its user-friendly dashboard centralizes everything from policy templates to risk assessments, making compliance both faster and less stressful. Secureframe also includes built-in guidance, helping teams stay audit-ready year-round rather than scrambling right before deadlines.
Great for organizing SOC2 and ISO audits
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it easy to see where we’re in compliance and where gaps exist, which is especially valuable when preparing for a first-time ISO audit. It’s also very straightforward to roll out and track employee acknowledgments of security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to click a few too many times to uncover why something is marked unhealthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing evidence collection, tracking progress against frameworks, and making it clear where we still have gaps.

Ease of use in creating structure for our compliance team to go through the approval process.

It can be a bit difficult to download evidence and policy if you need to extract for security assessments.

We use Secureframe in order to complete our annual SOC2 audit
Secureframe helped us achieve SoC2 compliance that would otherwise be impossible for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe automatically reads our security profile from cloud systems such as Google Cloud Platform and Office 365 and checks for compliance. It also guides us to upload the remaining evidence to be able to complete compliance. From initial integration to special situations, the platform is easy to use by non-experts. The customer service has been exceptional, and rather proactive instead of reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not really found any significant downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe monitors security compliance of our cloud systems instead of having us to do so manually. It helps us save thousands of dollars in labor cost and helps keep our compliance up to date.
