Excellent Service!
What do you like best about the product?
It takes us no time to get started and running. The team is accommodating to each of our inquiries. We were able to understand clearly in what we need to do as far as our compliance needs are concerned.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lot of work for us to do in order to get value from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 accreditation for our software product.

Best for those with security experience
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe tells you all the processes necessary to prepare and what you need to take care of for security certification, so you only need to follow the preset process. Secureframe also provides great customer service that helps customers succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Secureframe provides samples regardless of document complexity, it will be much easier for those who are new to the field of security to write documents from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped our company to get ISO27001, SOC2, HIPPA, GDPR all together at the same time. Because Secureframe tells you what are the overlapping parts, users can save time and spend resources efficiently.

Easy to use and exhaustive list of integrations
What do you like best about the product?
They integrate with almost all of our tooling by only providing credentials, and have a good way to integrate with other tools that doesn't require a lot of lift on our end
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't spend enough time in the system to have encountered something I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to know where our security holes are when it comes to compliance and providing clear details how to resolve those issues. They also continuously monitor to let us know when things change on our end putting us out of compliance.
Excellent onboarding, comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Their policy templates were great, and the onboarding flow was easy and made it easy to get all set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was sometimes hard to track missing information, but we found that their assistance & troubleshooting prompts helped a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparation for SOC-2 Compliance audits and certification
Secureframe allows us to easily manage and track our compliance for SOC2.
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies a very complicated process and allows us to track across multiple compliance frameworks. It is nice to have all of our systems integrated into one solution that can track our compliance and easily deliver it to an auditor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints at this point

Great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
They really help guide you through the whole process. Meetings with our Customer Success Manager occur regularly and are productive and helpful. I'm excited to get to the next step.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have been expanding their integrations, but there are a handful that I wish they had already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe gives us a framework to assess, monitor, and improve our security posture. It's been a very helpful way to make sure we're following best practices and that we've documented everything we need to that we can more easily pass security assessments from our customers.
Very comprehensive platform with excellent integration support
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding flow and open items workflow are very intuitive. Comprehensive and thorough policy templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to track down orphaned users but the prompts provided to troubleshoot are consistently being improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I recommend Secureframe SOC2 to any company looking to streamline its compliance and security program. The platform is intuitive, robust, and efficient. Once everything was completed with Secureframe, the audit itself was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not encounter any downsides utilizing the Secureframe platform. We have used the platform for two years and are very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving SOC2 compliance felt overwhelming for my team. They wanted to do the work, but the project was constantly deprioritized due to the amount of work involved. However, SecureFrame's documentation, checklist, and support removed those feelings, and we quickly completed the work needed and received our compliance.
An easy to use compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it very easy to see which areas you need to focus on, or pay attention to when it comes to working towards a compliance. When we worked with an outside auditor to achieve our compliance, all of the auditors that we used were very impressed with what we had in place and how well organized things were. This was solely due to the tests and input from the Secureframe platform and personnel being able to provide meaning ful answers. Lastly, the team at Secureframe provides a lot of quality templates to help start you on your compliance journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where things didn't make sense as to why a compliance test was failing. The information provided was sometimes a bit vague. However, the Secureframe team has made changes to show more details on why a test is failing and that has helped. I would prefer a bit more flexibility in the exporting of reports. The reports that are exported a not configurable enough to give the dates, grouping, or information that I wanted. That means I had to modify the report after export. But, that is time consuming when you are dealing with live data that is constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us to achieve two different compliancies. We have been able to achieve both SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance by using Secureframe. With achieving these compliancies, we are able to show new enterprise-level prospect companies that while we are a smaller company, we adhere to and follow strict security protocols.
