What do you like best about the product?
We Really love how intuitive the platform is form onboarding to continuous monitoring, it simplifies complex compliance workflows without draining our time or team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Integrations felt imitated at first, especially with niche ad tools. we'd love more native connectors to cut down on manual input or workaround in our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us easily manage third party risks making due diligence faster more consistent and audit ready crucial in the AdTech vendor space we operate in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really apprecaite how intuitive the platform is even non technical folks on our team could get the hang of it quickly. The integrations with our existing tools worked seamlessly and the customer support was proactive often helping before we even hit snags.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, some documents required manual tagging which felt repetitive. Also the dashboard could feel a bit crowded when managing multiple frameworks. But these are minor and haven't slowed us down, they just remind you that no tool is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us streamline cloud compliance and audit prep, which use to be chaotic and time consuming. which automated evidence collection and integrations, we no longer scramble during audits. it's made staying compliant feel like part of our normal workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The management of vendor risk assessments is very easy. As a project manager in retail, I manage dozens of third-party vendors (like payment processors, logistics providers, marketing platforms, etc.). So, I use Secureframe’s automated workflows to send questionnaires. After that, I can easily view the security posture of all my vendors and issue certificates from the management dashboard. The implementation was so easy that we got it up and running with our existing procurement and compliance tools in a matter of weeks. The customer support explained how to apply various retail-specific privacy frameworks like CCPA, GDPR, etc. The assessment progress is easy to keep watch, and the number of features (which includes automated evidence collection and risk scoring in real time), ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. The implementation with our Azure-based systems and SaaS tools was also easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, but as the project manager for niche retail vendors (like seasonal pop-up vendors), I had to make manual edits to the assessments. While the reporting is deep, the data visualizations can be more retail-focused in order to help the executives see the risks at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tackles the important problem of increasing vendor risk management in our retail supply chain. Before Secureframe, we were using different spreadsheets and different email threads that slow or out of compliance. All vendors are now subjected to automated assessments to ensure they meet our security and privacy requirements. It lessens operational risk, speeds up partner integrations, and secures customer data in a way that directly helps meet SOC 2 and retail regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
eASE OF USE IS AMAZING. iT TURNs complex security programs into a clear, actionable list I can walk my entire team through. Simple implementation proved to be a highlight, as we integrated our Azure environment and Shopify store quickly after beginning our work with it, targeting the highest-risk parts of our application. The customer service folks were patient and professional, and walked us through the process without making us feel like rank novices. We are power users of our own work — I check the dashboard weekly to have a pulse on our posture and who we’re targeting as threats, and my team uses it daily. The list of features is extensive — automated evidence collection, vendor risk management and more — but one reason we selected it was the ease with which it integrates into our core tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a big investment for a bootstrapped startup, but seems like crazy valuable. The first project management part - assigning tasks, felt a bit cumbersome until we found our groove with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminated the labor intensive process of preparing for an audit. Screenshots and spreadsheets were drowning us. Now evidence from Azure, Google Workspace and our HR platform flows in immediately. It’s saving us dozens of hours of manual labor and it’s been tangible evidence to show our enterprise retail partners the seriousness we’re taking security as well as solidifying our brand message that you can trust us.

What do you like best about the product?
As CEO of an emerging retail brand, my focus is earning customer trust and spurring growth--not on becoming a compliance expert. Secureframe took the mystery out of SOC 2 for us. It gave us a concise, actionable plan that my team could execute without requiring an expensive, full-time CISO. Automated evidence gathering from our Azure cloud infrastructure and Shopify store saved us hundreds of hours of manual labor. It made an overwhelming, opaque project a manageable operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A high price for an early-stage company. The ROI is obvious in saved time and won business, but the upfront price requires a leap of faith. There also were a few of the onboarding and initial tasks that we felt overwhelmed by before finding our groove with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved two things substantially:
1) Operational torture: We were wrangling compliance in spreadsheets and share drives, which was bad-work/inefficient. 2) Sales friction: Big enterprise retailers needed long security questionnaires we were unable to answer instantly. Secureframe solved the first for us with automation and gave immediate, auditable evidence for the latter -- trust in our company increased dramatically that continues to last today!

What do you like best about the product?
It is a force multiplier. My team is highly talented but small, and Secureframe takes a ton of the boring work of evidence collection out of compliance. Reporting to our board and auditors has never been simpler; the time we save with reporting is tremendous. The support team is responsive and gets the challenges of computer network IT. We were impressed with the list of features and how easy it was to integrate to our core platforms - quick and painless implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more healthcare based content and templates built into the KB. The platform is extensible, but we were forced to tinker with the basic policies a bit to suit our particular use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a solution for the resource allocation. We don’t have to put a full-timer on mind-numbing compliance grunt work, we can do it with staff as is. This is not only good for the organization in terms of reducing bureaucracy, and personnel costs, but it frees my team to think about what’s next in innovation and how we can best support clinical staff rather than punching a clock.

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part is how it demystifies compliance. I’m a wellness brand founder so I’m an expert in products not cyber security frameworks. Secureframe converted unclear needs of SOC 2 into a faith-based checklist. We were focused on the implementation. We started with the highest risk areas—connecting our Azure environment and the Shopify store. Their customer service was tolerant and I was never made to feel stupid for asking questions. Now it is used weekly for control reviews and the vendor risk assessment automation has been a life-saver for our new suppliers vetting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a big line item for our bootstrapped startup. This is where the value comes in, but it caused me to hesitate during my initial investment. I also thought the project management side, setting tasks for my team, was a bit clunky to get to grips with at first. It took us about a week to get into its groove.

It relieved the paralyzing fear of being audited. We were drowning in spreadsheets and screenshots that we took manually. What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe platform is clean, easy to navigate and saves s serious time. we especially appreciate the automated privacy checks and how simple it is to track vendor responses in one spot.

The Initial Setup took a bit of coordination and a few features felt slightly limited for healthcare specific needs. still support was quick to help us find workaround
