What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been awesome for us. It’s super easy to use and has a ton of helpful features that make staying on top of compliance way easier. What really stands out is our account management team—they’re always there when we need them and genuinely care about helping us succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has taken the chaos out of compliance for us. The platform’s automation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks is incredibly intuitive, and the integrations with cloud providers and other tools are seamless. Their dashboard gives real-time visibility into compliance status, which makes audits significantly less stressful. I especially appreciate the guided workflows—they help ensure no detail is overlooked, even for teams without deep compliance expertise. Secureframe’s onboarding and implementation process is smooth. The guided steps, templates, and responsive customer success managers make getting started straightforward. We check into the app weekly to ensure we are remaining compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is excellent overall, some integrations could be expanded further to include more niche security tools. There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning if your team is entirely new to compliance concepts, but the customer success team helps bridge that gap super quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is solving the time-consuming and error-prone process of achieving and maintaining compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Before using it, gathering evidence, tracking controls, and preparing for audits required countless spreadsheets, manual reminders, and back-and-forth with auditors. Now, the automation handles much of that heavy lifting—integrations pull data directly from our systems, alerts flag issues before they become problems, and the centralized dashboard keeps everything audit-ready year-round.

The biggest benefits for us are:

Secureframe is helping with SOC 2 and ISO 42001. Having all required tasks and evidence in one place, with a significant portion automated, makes audit preparation and audits 10 times easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We engaged Secureframe to support our SOC-2 accreditation. Their team were expert and communicated the features of the platform efficiently. Onboarding was smooth. The tool had the complete set of features we required to prepare for our audit. They also supported us in engaging with an auditor - a time consuming process. We use the tool in an ongoing fashion without any issues. Their customer support team are excellent - we get regular support as and when needed from their experts without being inundated with upsell or other white noise. We have had a very positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement would be a way for each individual team member to review the specific device check points that they need to maintain on their devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Having built HIPAA and SOC 2 programs from scratch at three companies, I can say the most helpful thing about Secureframe is how fast it gets you from zero to audit-ready and beyond. It launches policies, procedures, and training in days, automates ~50% of compliance tasks with our cloud partners, and gives you a real-time compliant system out of the box.

While Secureframe is powerful, some auditors still have their own rigid checklists for audit passing. That means you may need to manually map the Secureframe data room to an auditor’s specific format. On top of that, the audit community as a whole hasn’t fully embraced the real-time audit model—so you might still face traditional, point-in-time review requirements despite having continuous controls in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe automates the heavy lifting of compliance—policies, training, evidence collection, and continuous monitoring—so we can go from zero to audit-ready in weeks, not months. It shifts us from reactive audit prep to proactive, real-time controls, saving time, reducing errors, and strengthening our overall security posture.

Very helpful tool for analysing environments

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it very easy to audit our environments with easy to set up integrations to a number of different environments. These integrations constantly check for any updates, so update automatically when something is fixed. We have used it to complete a series of audits and it has taken a lot of the heavy lifting away from us
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations can disconnect, which could temporarily cause a number of tests to fail. But it usually fixes itself quickly. That could be an issue with the service it is connecting to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away a lot of the heavy lifting with audits

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 compliance necessitates extensive documentation and evidence regarding internal processes, vendors, and other relevant aspects. SecureFrame neatly organizes everything into tests with evidence, assignments, tasks, and controls. They also have numerous integrations with cloud providers like AWS and Microsoft 365, and they could bring most of this data in automatically. The best part is that once you set it up and follow SecureFrame's guidance, it makes it very easy to stay on top of compliance. It's no longer a monumental effort once a year, but it's a little bit of work every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing wrong with SecureFrame itself. Compliance in general is complex, messy and takes a lot of work. SecureFrame makes it manageable. If I had to nitpick, I would say that SecureFrame's UI could use some work: when I update a piece of evidence or a test, it takes time to re-test the evidence, but the UI doesn't make it super clear that the test status is being calculated. I need a progress bar or a "spinner". It's not a big deal though, once I understood how the UI works, I have no issues using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance, Vendor management, and internal policy management (versioning and user acceptance).

What do you like best about the product?
Secure Frame makes compliance and audit readiness a snap. The employees are super helpful, they've always got great resources and knowledge. The ability to see everything at a glance and manage most things in a simple platform is fantastic. The Trust Center has routinely saved us from countless hours of answering security questionnaires. Easy to set up and hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is that not everything integrates with it and that's not their fault, it would be nice if there was nothing manual but that's never going to be possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Secure Frame, we had no way of demonstrating our hard work and security posture. We had to spend countless hours answering security questionnaires, they haven't completely disappeared but they are far fewer. With the certification and the Trust Center we can prove we're not just talking the talk.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Secureframe’s comprehensive feature set that perfectly meets our SOC 2 compliance requirements while offering excellent value for money. Their proactive and hands-on customer support, especially via Slack, is outstanding and makes the experience seamless. Setting up Secureframe was straightforward. The integration with Collide for device management is highly beneficial for our remote team, ensuring device compliance effortlessly. Secureframe significantly simplifies compliance management, freeing up our engineering bandwidth to focus on innovation. The built-in compliance training feature is exceptionally valuable, as it automates tracking and reminders, making it easy and efficient for completing necessary training.

What do you like best about the product?
-Straight foward UI interface to ensure you meet your SOC 2 (and other) compliance needs and requirements
-Great public documentation about SOC 2 and compliance and the process
-Responsive customer success support
-Pretty seamless SOC 2 audit process using their recommended auditor firms
-Lots of potentially add on features/AI if you need them
What do you dislike about the product?
-A number of growing pains early on last year as they evolve with bugs in integrations, the UI, and other features over the year of using it
-Slower response/fixes for some reported technical bugs/issues
-Limited number of integrations compared to Vanta
-Auditor still asked for some evidence that the platform never flagged as required before the audit
-Same price as competitors despite being less mature
