Straightforward onboarding, great team and product
What do you like best about the product?
The lack of manual evidence collection due to the automation/workflows built into the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all internal systems have native integrations built out yet, but more have been. coming out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our product through SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2. Secureframe has helped us prepare our policies for SOC 2 and set up integrations to our internal systems which will save us from having to do manual evidence collection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize their in-house auditor advice when going through your policies to understand how to best meet your business needs while satisfying SOC 2 requirements.

Saved a ton of time, great support, fast track to SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Support from their team was amazing, they helped with every step of the SOC2 process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform flags some false issues as it inspects cloud hosting configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a SOC2 audit on our security roadmap for a couple of years, but always moved it out due to budget and time constraints. SecureFrame solved both of these issues by dramatically reducing time required and connecting us with cost effective auditors.
Everything you need to get SOC 2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The Secureframe platform and our assigned success rep were instrumental in getting us a SOC 2 Type I report in record time (~6 weeks). The process would have been super confusing without them, and they were able to handle almost all requests/objections from our auditors without any involvement on our part. I'd estimate that they saved us dozens of hours when it came to describing our infrastructure and submitting evidence to auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web dashboard is useful for high-level security monitoring, but is mostly designed for getting you audit-ready. They could add some more features (alerting, etc) that would make the platform more useful after the initial audit period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we were selling to bigger customers, many of them required us to fill out security questionnaires and submit a SOC 2 attestation. Getting our SOC 2 through Secureframe has unlocked many deals that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to get.
SecureFrame: SOC2 made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Folks from the SecureFrame team are available to guide you thru requirements via Slack pre-audit and do frequent checkups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, some of the automation tests had false positives, but the team guided us through all of this and offered solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 without having to worry about picking vendors. We got our SOC2 Type 1 in just a few months from starting our engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe streamlined every step for my team, automating majority of the manual tasks. Our employees easily onboarded themselves through Secureframe's seamless workflows.
Support is extremely fast and responsive. We not only have a dedicated Customer Success Manager but also from the security experts to answer any technical questions.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly we got through our SOC2 process. The experience working with the auditors and Secureframe was so great — very responsive team set up a shared slack channel and helped us through the entire pipeline. They helped us with security questionnaires from our clients and even advised on best security practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no issues working with Secureframe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to unblock more significant deals for our product with a SOC 2 certification. Since our SOC2, we've been able to close those larger deals. Filling out large security questionnaires can be a daunting task — Secureframe helped us with those as well.
Streamlined the SOC2 process
What do you like best about the product?
Very knowledgeable about the SOC2 process. For someone who has not gone through the process before, this was a no-brainer. The customer support is excellent, they also have amazing security experts to offer personalized advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still new, so there were some technical hiccups along the way.

I was going through the SOC2 Type 1 process. As a first-time audit, we didn't know how to navigate it or find a good auditor. SOC2 walked us through the process from beginning to end.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe Team software are professional experts who helped us navigate through all the edge cases of SOC2. We were able to get to SOC2 Type 1 certification under 3 months.

The software is still young and missing some integration but Secureframe is working hard to add them

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe’s platform made getting our SOC 2 incredibly easy and saved us easily hundreds of hours of time and resources. I loved how the product helped streamline a lot of the evidence collection process as well as providing security awareness training, policy creation, and vendor management. It literally did almost everything we needed to get SOC 2 compliant. The integrations were great in pulling in evidence from our existing tech stack, which helped save a lot of time for us. Finally, the team and support is exceptional! Anytime we had a question, they were always there for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Secureframe does significantly help speed up the process, you still need to take the time to read over the policies, and set-up the integrations properly. But, the team is there to help support you through it and answer any questions you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us secure our SOC 2 Type 1 in no-time, which was huge for unlocking some of our enterprise opportunities and moving along deals. Plus, it helped our company clean up our security posture as we continue to grow and scale.
Amazing experience - our SOC-2 has been a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of things I liked that I'd like to call out. First, the product and the integrations were great in really helping my team save hundreds of hours from collecting evidence, creating policies, and it was really easy to manage the entire process within the platform. I liked that Secureframe used a direct integration approach with our tech stack versus having to install an agent that we'd have to maintain. Second, the Secureframe team provided fantastic support from onboarding, to answering compliance related questions quickly, to being with us through the audit itself. The combination of customer success and compliance managers really sets them apart from other options in making you feel like you have security experts with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - we needed SOC-2 to close more deals and Secureframe helped us do it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get a SOC 2 report to help unlock our enterprise customers. We were going through SOC 2 for the first time so we didn’t even know where to start or how to prepare. Then we learned how tedious the process was from all the screenshots and policies needed. Secureframe made the process incredibly easy. They easily saved us hundreds of hours of time, their compliance experts clearly explained all the tasks required to get SOC 2 compliant, we were able to get SOC 2 ready in a matter of weeks which definitely would’ve taken us significantly longer without Secureframe.
