What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes the compliance journey an achievable trip. The integrations, tests, and suggested tasks provide a step-by-step roadmap. The automated AWS tests also exposed risks I hadn't yet considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. It would be nice if each compliance framework wasn't a separate license.

Useful and Practical
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has made our preparation for our SOC 2 audit much easier and more efficent. Not only is the preparation easier, we were easily able to link up with audiotrs who can largly rely on Secureframe for their audit, optimizing the audit process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Asset Inventory' tab is a bit clunky. We are able to track our devices that are approved by the company but it doesn't tie back to the individuals, where we can see the people who do an don't have assets.
Bottom line the asset inventory feature is clunky and manual. However, that is only a small piece of the audit, and it works well enough to not me a major issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to better prepare for our SOC 2 audit and to make the audit itself more efficent.
Secureframe Makes Compliance Manageable for a Lean Team
What do you like best about the product?
As someone in product, I need to keep our roadmap moving while also ensuring we meet compliance requirements — Secureframe makes that possible. The platform automates the tedious parts of SOC 2 prep by pulling evidence directly from our tech stack, so I don’t have to chase engineers for screenshots or logs. The built-in policy templates are well thought out and easy to adapt to our business, and the continuous monitoring means we can stay audit-ready without scrambling at the end of the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major — the platform’s been smooth to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has removed the constant context-switching between product work and compliance tasks. It centralizes everything — evidence collection, policy management, auditor communication — in one place, which frees up our engineering team to focus on building features instead of prepping for audits. For a growing SaaS company, that’s invaluable.

SecureFrame streamlines the compliance process for us, especially around SOC 2 requirements. It centralizes documentation, tracks progress, and makes it easy to stay organized for audits. The platform helps us understand what’s needed, when it’s needed, and provides tools to collect evidence efficiently. This saves us time, reduces the risk of missing requirements, and ensures we’re always audit-ready.

Great platform and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who started working with Secureframe who did not know the space, both the platform and the accompanying service was outstanding. They worked hand-in-hand to guide you through the process. The UI was very intuitive and when we had questions, Secureframe was there every step of the way to support us. Integrating with third-party systems allowed the process to be as seamless as it could be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some confusion around some of the policies and how they were meant to be implemented and interrelated. Some tool tips in the UI could help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to get security certifications quickly and in an organized way.
