What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is a useful product that helps capture compliance and store them for an audit

sometimes it can be difficult to locate documents

secureframe is a huge upgrade from using Google Drive
Effortless Compliance with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see what individual tasks are still to do with Secureframe. We actually used a competitor's product but switched back to Secureframe because it was significantly easier to see what challenges we needed to address to get our SOC two type one or SOC two type two. The initial setup was very easy for the team, especially the chief security officer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more automation, especially when it comes to certain products like the integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to easily manage and track tasks for SOC 2 compliance, making it significantly easier to address necessary challenges.
Effortless SOC Audits and Streamlined Cybersecurity Management
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides the structure and tracking needed to keep our cyber security program current. It provides refresher frequencies for tasks/controls that need regular review and updates. Secureframe also makes the SOC Audit process far easier by organizing things like asset inventories, configuration settings, and evidence of compliance without exchanging evidence requests and system explainations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see recommended frequences associated with tasks. Manually updating tasks is easy and intuitive but it is something I'll occasionally miss and need to go back and correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smoothing the SOC audit process and ensuring compliance.
Seamless Integration and Compliance Tracking Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
How it integrates with our infrastructure and detects the drifts that affects our compliance status. And also, it has a very good structure for the task we had to complete towards our compliance journey. Grouping tests into controls and other structure that is really helpful to tackle the request and track accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It take a long time to refresh when it is trying to sync with the infrastructure and sometimes even freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all the requirements we have to fulfill in a single place and we get to tackle it one at a time. Almost feels like gaming and not have to worry much on what you might miss.
Great Support and Personalized Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the hands on guidance. I have bi-weekly meetings with our customer support contact and he's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more AI automation -- hopefully that's coming soon.

Outstanding Support and Effortless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is excellent, and the interface is very easy to use. I also appreciate the automated templates and helpful guidance, as well as the seamless integrations with all the vendors we rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the external auditors were more effective, as I feel their performance could be improved.

It made achieving SOC 2 compliance quick and straightforward for us.
Organized Security and Automated Risk Monitoring Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us as a company to have the entire information security scheme organized, as well as the implementation of automatic reviews for monitoring and identifying risks throughout the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a text search for all policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the major problem of organizing ISMS documentation as well as providing support services for conducting internal audits.
Seamless SOC2 Compliance, Minor Issues Noted
What do you like best about the product?
It helps all of our processes remain SOC2 compliant seamlessly. It is easy to use and implement and has a lot of nice features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have seen any downsides yet; however, we have had issues with 2FA and logging in.

Keeping the process of getting SOC2 compliant simple.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides a centralized platform to manage compliance activities, including policy acknowledgments, training, vendor reviews, and evidence collection. The automated reminders and integrations with HR and cloud systems make compliance tracking much easier and more efficient. The dashboard gives good visibility into overall compliance status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows come across as inflexible, particularly when it comes to uploading evidence and assigning tasks. The interface may also lag or become confusing, especially when handling several frameworks at once. Additionally, certain integrations, such as those with Slack or ticketing tools, could benefit from greater adaptability. I've also noticed that customer support responses are occasionally slower than I would like.

Secureframe helps automate and manage our compliance processes, including policy acknowledgments, employee onboarding/offboarding, vendor reviews, training completion tracking, and evidence collection for audits. It reduces manual effort, improves visibility into compliance status, and ensures that our organization stays aligned with SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements. This saves time during audits and helps maintain continuous compliance with minimal administrative overhead.
Exceptional Support and Valuable Policy Resources
What do you like best about the product?
The staff is quick to answer questions. Also, the Policies they have in place for customers to use were invaluable when filling out IT questions from potential clients asking about our policies and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting through the audit the first year is a TON of work. The good news is that after the first year, all subsequent audits are easy by comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame has a list of +200 issues that need to be addressed before conducting a Tech Audit. Completing all these items prepares a company for a tech audit.
