Secureframe Makes Our Compliance Workflow Easier to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Secureframe to help us manage our security compliance needs at DuploCloud. I’ve had it for about seven months now and it’s been solid and reliable. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate; it didn’t take long to set up. It plays nice with our other tools, that means less manual tracking. I also like that support jumps in super quickly when we have questions about settings/documentation or need to report a specific bug!
What do you dislike about the product?
The service has a wide variety of compliance tools, which can feel somewhat onerous for smaller teams. A simpler, more customizable dashboard would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Secureframe, we were tracking compliance documents and reminders across multiple spreadsheets. Now, we keep everything in one place, saving time and reducing the likelihood of human error. It makes it so much easier to remain audit ready and keep all the records up to date. We bough an annual subscription and plan to renew as it still suits our compliance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
At Snowe Home, we've been using Secureframe for about seven months to manage our security compliance needs. The platform is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it accessible even for team members who aren't very tech-savvy. Integration was quick, and the onboarding process was effortless on our side. We consistently use Secureframe to track compliance tasks, access documentation, and stay up to date with audit requirements. It integrates smoothly with our existing tools and is particularly user-friendly for collaborative work. Whenever I've reached out with questions, the support team has always responded promptly and been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system offers a wide range of tools, which might feel a bit overwhelming to some users at first. Introducing a more simplified interface, especially for smaller teams, could make it even easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Secureframe, our compliance process relied on spreadsheets and manual reminders. Now, everything is centralized in one convenient place, which saves us significant time and reduces the risk of missing important deadlines. The platform has helped our marketing and operations teams collaborate smoothly without adding unnecessary complexity. We currently use Secureframe on a one-year contract, and we plan to renew since it continues to suit our compliance workflow well.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Secureframe for about a year to meet compliance objectives and streamline audit and risk management initiatives, which has been very beneficial. Secureframe's platform and their strong customer support, along with the available online resources, are incredibly helpful for compliance automation. The integrations work seamlessly, connecting different platforms we use to automatically pull in data for security compliance frameworks, making the setup smooth. Any challenges faced are quickly resolved thanks to the responsive and helpful Secureframe support team. Secureframe impressively solves problems relating to meeting security compliance objectives, aiding us in obtaining SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications by streamlining audits. It pulls data directly from platforms, performs tests, identifies issues that need resolving, and keeps us organized for audits. The breakdown of controls into individual tests aligned with our infrastructure and the step-by-step instructions are highly useful for organizing activities for the audits. I am also pleased with the seamless integration of various software like HR tools, Microsoft, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, and other SaaS providers, which are ingested smoothly into the platform. What stands out to me is the way Secureframe's platform is organized in combination with the integration of many SaaS service providers and the great support team, making the product truly excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see several additional integrations. Obviously, there are lots of SaaS companies that Secureframe is able to integrate with but have not yet integrated with. Expanding these integrations would strengthen their platform.

I use Secureframe to meet compliance objectives, streamline audits, and obtain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. It integrates seamlessly, pulls data automatically, identifies issues, and organizes our control environment efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Why is Agentio using Secureframe We've been using Secureframe for about 7 months to manage our security compliance operations. The platform is easy to maneuver, and it didn’t take our team long to feel comfortable with using it. It was very easy to implement, low technical effort. We're using Secureframe consistently across our teams to check in on compliance status, manage documentation, and keep track of audit tasks." The integrations to the systems we are using really helps maintain a smooth workflow. And support has been quick and clear whenever we've needed assistance or clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is very wide. That is valuable for bigger operations, but more than we need for our day-to-day activities. Even better would be away to streamline or personalize the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has enabled us to get rid of manual spreadsheets and scattered files, and have a centralized place for compliance. It’s a time-saver, cut downs on confusion and ensured that everyone trudges through the same process. With a one-year term to purchase and annual renewals, Secureframe still serves our operational and legal requirements.
Making Compliance Less of a Burden for Fast Growing Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the platform feels. It connects easily with tools we already use like AWS , Slacks and Google Workspace. The real time monitoring and task checklist made it simple to know what still needed attention. It really streamlined a process that used to take months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations required a little back and forth with the support team before syncing perfectly. However, once it was up and running, everything worked smoothly. It wasn't a major issue overall.

As a Scaling SaaS company, staying compliant while building quickly was always challenging. Secureframe automated much of the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 preparation, helping us gather evidence and complete audits faster. It has given our leadership and clients confidence that our security practices are well managed and transparent.

What do you like best about the product?
I Really appreciate how easy it was to onboard and set up our compliance workflows. The Dashboard gives a clear overview of everything from policies to vendor assessments . The customer success team was also proactive in checking in, offering guidance and explaining complex requirements in simple terms. It genuinely feels like they care about our success, not just ticking boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Only thing I'd like to see improve is more flexibility in customizing the policy template. while the defaults are great, tailoring them to our internal processes sometimes takes extra effort. Aside from that, everything has worked reallysmoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Secureframe, Managing Compliance tasks and audits felt like juggling too many thing at once. Their automation tools helped streamline the entire SOC 2 and ISO 27001 process for our growing startup. it reduced manual documentation and made it easier to stay audit ready at all time. The integrations with AWS and Google workspace also saved us from repetitive data collection and tracking headaches.

The Vendor Risk Management module is a standout feature. it automatically tracks each vendor's compliance status and flags potential risks early. The integration with cloud platforms and document repositories is also seamless, which makes everything feel connected. The platform's reports are also easy to understand, even for non technical teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features available. It took a little time to figure out the navigation, but once you get the hang of it. it become very intuitive. A few tutorial videos would make the leaning curve easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Company works with multiple third party vendor, and keeping up with their security and privacy compliance was a nightmare. Secureframe helped us centralize vendor assessments and automate much of the due diligence process. Now, instead of spreadsheets and back and forth emails, we can view all compliance evidence and risk statuses in one dashboard. This has saved us countless hours and reduced audit delays.

The automation is the real highlight here. secureframe keeps everything organized and audit ready throughout the year. Their library of compliance frameworks and integrations makes it easy to stay to stay on top of control without chasing people for documents. The platform even gives gentle reminders before deadlines, which helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the reporting templates were more customizable especially for exporting tailored audits summaries to management. still, it's a very minor issue compared to the over all benefit we've gained.

Preparing for internal and extremal audits used to be a stressful and time consuming task for our compliance team. We had to gather evidence manually and track dozens of control owners through spreadsheets.
