Great solution for site printers
What do you like best about the product?
As soon as you join the wifi it deploys printers seamlessly on which ever site you goto
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres no visual aspect to tell you its deploying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People that move site to site dont have to install new printers

Great tool to manage printers
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage drivers, IPs, names, print queues, and poll printers is useful. We assign workstations to printers via hostname and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Windows upgrades cause print queues to no longer work, so we have to delete the print queues and let PrinterInstaller recreate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage printer assignments either manually or with a cumbersome startup script. This is 100x better than our previous in-house solution.
PrinterLogic is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic has significantly improved the manageability of network printing across our organization. Great to have all printers on one pane of glass, and significantly better then using print servers!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to validate that clients are pointing to the correct installation. We recently migrated to the SAAS solution and it has been problematic validating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printerlogic has simplified our print management significantly, especially considering the increase in our remote workforce over the past few years. Much easier to manage and fewer user issues.
Surprisingly impressed!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize down to the detail our entire organization was surprisingly easy and needed! The support has also been pretty good through the years of having this product. We started On Prem, then switched to a VA environment. After a few months on the VA we decided to move entirely to the SaaS environment, its been working great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was high CPU usage issues when we switched to the VA environment that no one in support could pinpoint. We worked together for a couple months to fix the issue but nothing worked. We were supposed to be able to run our environment with only 2 cores, but we had increase the server to 16 cores in order to operate smoothly. Other than that, really no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PL, we were just using Windows Server to deploy printers and it was just riddled with problems with the inability to customize much of what we were doing nicely. Since switching to PL, everything is laid out nicely and makes it easy for users to install/uninstall a printer when necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like best about the printerlogic toll is the The office map.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we manage Driver management.

This tool makes it easy for users to install printers.
A great Printer SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to set up and once user installed the PrinterLogic app, printers can be downloaded easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more documentation. Users run into downloading/installing printer drivers once in awhile

Printerlogic is making installing printers for end users easier
PrinterLogic makes our printing easy
What do you like best about the product?
We have retired more than 30 Windows file and print servers because of PrinterLogic. Files are now stored in DFS. Printers are handled by PrinterLogic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be keep careful watch of our printer licenses to make sure we don't run out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic has helped us to eliminate the need to continually purchase new servers to replace obsolete hardware and operating system versions.
Solid printer installation/management tool
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic is easy to use. End-users find it straightforward to navigate, and it only takes a few clicks to find and install printers. As IT admins, we also find it easy to quickly get new printers up and running for installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get errors about printers being unable to be installed for end-users, but there are usually no error codes to determine the issue. I would like to see more error codes and maybe a stronger knowledge base for when we do have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to be adding more OS functionality and ease-of-use features as time goes on so this is great to see. The concept of how it works is simple and I hope this aspect does not change.

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage our printer the way we manage the computers. Our customers can self-install the printers that they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to install a chrome plugin and a client app.

Makes it easier to manage network printers
Printerlogic - better than Universal Print
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment. Vendor has great support, especially from Kayla.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few bugs that needed to be worked out. General support was unable to fix bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printing relability was our main reason for moving to Printercloud from universal print.
