Printer Logic is just what I need
What do you like best about the product?
Printer logic is user friendly and love the option to do mobile printing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t had any issues with it so far. All of the staff is liking it

What do you like best about the product?
Printer logic is pretty user friendly and easy to use. I love that I can print from my mobile device
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not had to many issue with the system. Sometimes when the servers are down you cannot print
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made my job a lot easier, instead of having to email or download my file to print, I can print it from anywhere.

It was quick, easy and user friendly, easy to train someone new how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. The product worked as it should and never gave us issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently using the works order and invoicing modules, and will progress to purchasing in the next few months. Information on job status and relevant documentation such as delivery notes and invoices are easily accessible. The ability to email these documents plus other attachments is very useful. Copying previous works orders to create new orders, and the ability to switch the information over to another customer is straight forward. Numerous reports are available covering all aspects of Sales, Production and Accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is primarily designed for printers, and as a finisher/POS and box maker we have had to adapt to system to work for us. For a user, some of the operations are not intuitive.

All my problems are solved

What do you like best about the product?
Just a little understanding of this tool helped me to use it for obtaining reliable estimates. It is packed with many advanced print management features. It gives precise details on job status and relevant documentation. Moreover, it offers quick information on delivery notes and invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using it, I found some bugs and errors in navigating the software. Printologic should improve its user interface as it looks old and outdated. Likewise, I faced some issue while linking this tool with other document management tools. In addition, doing complex and multiple jobs on one ticket is kind of a challenging task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do digital printing of our magazines which include tasks like bindery and finishing. Compared to other systems, Printologic handles complex tasks and offers a very straightforward estimating program. It also provides templates to make the estimates quicker. In terms of support, we get replies in their UK timings. Otherwise, there's no delay in the support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Due to its faster and precise estimating, it is very helpful to reduce the time spent on monitoring the costing jobs. So you can try this tool to save time that can benefit your clients too.

The is one of the best printer management products I have worked with. I can't wait to see what new features they come out with in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with this program. If I had to say anything about it, I wish it didn't need a server to work with it.

It has solved the consolidation and management of all of our printers.
