Great Distributed Printer Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have printer management in the cloud that is easy for my end-users to take advantage of. I can update drivers in one location and they get automatically downloaded to the users that are using the selected machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had issues with copiers that have a Fiery controller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of end-user printer setup and driver management for a distributed and mobile workforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a distributed set of offices that aren't necessarily on a single network this product is a must. The ability to manage the install process and driver library is a great help.

Great product with growing applications
What do you like best about the product?
The staff at PrinterLogic has been quick to address questions and issues as they arise as well as communicating upcoming changes many of which have been requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial roll out and staff acceptance - the upcoming ability to deploy by OU will be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of printer complaint issues is the primary goal - reduced so far and hope to eliminate with the ou deployment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have roll out plans in place including complete list of all IP printers / copiers and to whom they are deployed. PDQ is an excellent tool for the push out to clients.

We are a Meditech Expanse hospital. Back in the 5.X Meditech environment we had multiple problems with printers becoming unresponsive, print queues hanging, and multiple other Meditech print errors. PrinterLogic gave us a central location where all printers could be managed and they are still available even if the print server is down
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start your trial; you don't know how easy printing can be.
PrinterLogic saves us a lot of work and unneeded frustration!
What do you like best about the product?
As we are a MSP we use Printerlogic to manage 200+ companies their printers. Some are on a shared setup and some have their own dedicated environment. With this in mind we got the following feedback:
*Centralized management we use for all of our customers, one tool to manage our printers/drivers, so also easy for our helpdesk
*Getting rid of all the printerservers we had (50+)
*Good RDS/TS support, as we have multitenant environments users and customers are not allowed to see eachothers devices.
*HA/cluster support, we can create a high available setup and do maintenance without interruption.
*Ease of use, the GUI is easy, but it can get some refresh as we are in 2020
*Multi AD support
*Deployment of the client package by SCCM/MECM/RMM as this are our client management tools.

The quality checking could be better. We had some buggy releases with disappearing printers at the endpoints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of issues with duplicated printers in RDS Server 2012/2016/2019, this solved the issue. Saves us with 1000 printers a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this product in combination in TS/RDS usage!
My Review of Printer Logic
What do you like best about the product?
East of setup along with being able to leverage AD to deploy printers automatically to groups of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is anything I dislike, it could be a lack of communication to customers on best practices, tips and tricks, etc.. Take this with a grain of salt because I haven't looked to see if there is a PrinterLogic community and, as a manager, I don't work with PrinterLogic on a day-to-day basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacement of Shared Printers on servers. This has made it much easier for us to retire branch servers as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial, do a POC and then you'll likely buy the product and forget about setting up shared printers on servers in short order.
Printer Logic makes managing network printers easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for end users to easily install their ow printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still unable to use PrinterLogic with Chromebooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My technicians do not need to visit over 300 users each year to add a printer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a network printer solution, this is the one for you.
Value for money

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the relationship with the partners suffers from some misalignment.
PrinterLogic should request more commitment form partners and should provide adequate support.
