Easy to setup, easy to use, and works much better than our previous print management
What do you like best about the product?
It is a SaaS solution and works with cloud managed devices (Intune specifically) -- easy to setup took one day to setup -- provides many features for our end users to utilize
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings area is very busy and seems unorganized slightly -- Idp setup was a little confusing had to contact support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily deploying sharp copiers to end users without their interaction and for cloud managed device sets.

Printer Logic Review
What do you like best about the product?
The Accounting and Invoices are very easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind right now. Cannot think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large number of Printers
Excellent product, we love it
What do you like best about the product?
We switched away from in-house print servers to Print Logic and we could not be happier. We have very few issues anymore, everything just works. It's really easy to add a printer, make changes etc and I rarely have any helpdesk calls from users about printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent a lot of time initially with their support to write scripts to remove my old printers, some of which still never removed so occasionally I have a user get confused why old printers still show up in their list - Granted it's Windows being a pain, but still frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no longer need an in house print server that crashes and stops working.
Very happy with PrinerLogic
What do you like best about the product?
As a tech I really appricate how the PrinterLogic agent works. By not having to send prints through the cloud it makes printing easy and less complicated. End uers like how easy it is to add a printer they may need as well. From an administrative stand point the portal is fairly easy to use. I'm excited to explor the new features that are being added this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't a lot of downsides as long as you have a central way to push out the agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients that have moved to Azure and gone serverless, this helps us manage their printers from a central location instead of having to touch each computer.
PrinterLogic after a year
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most of Printerlogic is the ease administration, integration and implementation of the system. We were able to easily migrate all of our internal printers over to the new system without a hitch. In addition, one of the biggest problems that we had initially with our previous in house printer solution was the risk associated with the print spooling service and the number of servers that were need for each location. It placed our orgnization in a vulnerable position and it was a hinderance on our IT staff to ensure that print spooling services had the proper mitigating controls and most recent patches from Microsoft to ensure a secure printing environment was being used on our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at this time. The system is running as promised.

Printer Management, Printer installation and Security.
We love PrinterLogic!
What do you like best about the product?
Moving from print servers to PrinterLogic was seamless. Users love the ease of printer installation and admin loves having all printers in one spot for quick looks at print queues or more in depth troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything about PrinterLogic that I've disliked as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having printers from all 28 offices of a national law firm in one spot in the cloud instead of multiple print servers is a big benefit.
An easy to use, well documented printer management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create driver profiles has significantly reduced the time in getting the desired printer configurations out to users, and the ability to modify or create new profiles allows for flexibility in responding to client requirements.
Furthermore the deployment/structure tree view enables for easy management of printer devices, and the site associated deployment conditions. Having an IP range as a printer deployment condition means users will never miss a priter when on the office network.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overload of information when getting started with printer logic is the biggest hurdle, in conjunction with the complexity of configuring Azure for IdP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic enables my company to significantly reduce the time spent on printer deplyments, as even clients without printer servers can have printers deployed to their endpoints without the need for a consultant to access each individual computer.
Tetrapak has transitioned from secure print to PrinterLogic and its great.
What do you like best about the product?
Very straight forawd to use and printing is faster

As we have just implemented the solution there is not much to dislike.

Convenience of printing from any Tetra Pak office world wide withough having to connect to the local printer.

It doesnt handle all types of printer drivers.

One Less Thing to Worry About
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it makes my life when it comes to print management. It's super easy to setup, deploys with ease, they have great support, and it makes print nightmare a thing of the past. It's one less thing to worry about!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can seem a little steep for smaller businesses and organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When print nightmare hit, it became a major headache to balance security and ease of use. With PrinterLogic, I no longer have to worry about it!
