User-Friendly with Outstanding Support—No Dislikes So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Very User friendly. Account managers and Support team is very knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found any dislikes in any of the features I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, there are no significant issues—only a few procedural updates are pending. These updates are expected to be available in the beta version soon.
                        
                            Easy Navigation and Analytics, Adapts to Changing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of navigating through applications and being able to view analytics of our equipment across the jobsite
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm learning how to manage equipment scheduling for a new startup, and it's a process where things are constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
there are glitches here and there. Desired applications have been pending for over 2 years now. The MaintainX engineering team is still working on solutions
                        
                            Effortless Onboarding and Mobile Access, with Reliable Support for Minor Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use, especially when it comes to onboarding new team members. Having the platform available on their cell phones, which they are already comfortable with, makes the whole process even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced a few issues with the filters, but customer service has consistently been available to help resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are currently assisting with setting up the next steps in our TPM program by custom-configuring accounts specifically for operator-level PMs. Their support in this phase has been valuable as we move forward.
                        
                            User-Friendly with Excellent Support, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is fairly user friendly and Maria and Ira have been very helpful in supporting us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintain X is expensive.

It is streamlining the PM process for us along with asset tracking.
                        
                            Highly Customizable with Excellent Support, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of the software to customize every single thing as per user. The customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting features can be made better like in the calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order management, and history of work orders, asset tracking, planning & scheduling the work requests.

What do you like best about the product?
MX support has been the best that i have ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is add new features all of time, but that might mean that what you are looking for is not ready, YET.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be coming a proactive instead of reactive
                        
                            Fast, Intuitive, and User-Friendly Interface—No Complaints So Far
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and user friendly the interface is, whether your a requester or the individual completing a task. The system is fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I have no complaints during my time using MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has never had an efficient means of tracking maintence issues outside of physical mediums. As we work to modernize our processes going forward MaintainX provides us a great platform not just for tracking, but also to streamline workflows and reduce errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to set up schedules/reminders for PM's, asset tracking is also a very good feature
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it exceeded my expectations.  If anything, the layout and locations could be a bit easier to find, but once found it worked with no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of preventive maintenance schedules and unscheduled downtime
                        
                            Effortless to Use with Seamless Real-Time Sync
What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its ease of use and the ability to provide real-time updates across multiple devices, which has been incredibly helpful. Implementation was straightforward, and the support received during integration and go-live was excellent. Both Tommy and Mary were exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I plan to reach out to our Executive Leadership to share our positive experience, with the hope that MaintainX will become our company's chosen CMMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't encountered any issues—the program has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a real-time CMMS that enables seamless communication throughout the maintenance department is highly beneficial.
                        
                            Centralized Data Powers Decisions—Accuracy Depends on Team Input
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is only as effective as the quality of information you provide. I appreciate that it serves as a centralized hub for all machine data. What has been most valuable to me, though, is the ability to access historical records of machine downtime. This feature recently enabled me to justify buying a new machine by showing the total downtime experienced by machines in that department. Tomorrow, I’m taking the next significant step by starting to integrate wireless sensors for real-time data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of data analysis depends entirely on the reliability of the data itself. While this isn't an issue with MaintainX, it's important to remember that you need to rely on your own team to ensure that the data is entered accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role with the company is expanding, meaning that I am helping other sites within my organization to repair or replace their machines. MaintainX allows my company to view assets in various locations across the entire corporation, lookup repair history and track expenses. It is helping me to make better decision regarding particular vendors or when it is time to replace a machine.
