Change my style of work completely.
What do you like best about the product?
Budget price, lot of tools and how user friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It’s very smooth and easy so I don’t dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a record of al the works or reparations of the machines that I work.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the work order system and how it connects with assets and locations. The ability to use QR codes to start work orders when they are in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything that I can say is bad or I dislike about the system. The only thing I noticed which is not a huge issue is that it would be great if you could add information to the QR code so when you down load you get all the information for the asset to print on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventorying Assets and the ability to track everything with the QR codes is the most benefit.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy and convenient. Everything you need is right in the palm of your hands. Making it easy to up load photos and easily add the people who need to be notified. I haven’t run in to any bugs like won’t connect to your camera or anything like that. It’s super smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides. We have using this platform for over two years and really enjoy the convenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issue we have in the building weather it is a broken lock or clogged toilet this puts a list together for the maintenance so things don’t get forgotten. I have seen a major improvement with the way our work orders prodded and handled. And it’s nice to also be able to check if it have been taken care of just from a few clicks on my phone
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very user friendly and easy to customize. It has helped us to completely minimize errors and mistakes throughout our process, and to minimize warranty returns. With maintainX we are able to put out a better product for sure. Implementation was straight forward and simple. Training our crew was simple and easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really jumps to mind for me. As a user I have no complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching SOP`s that have not been performed, quality of work from techs, meeting industry guidelines and customer custom built requests, shipping guidelines.
System is well organized with features updated everytime to suit the need
What do you like best about the product?
Maintainx allows transparent communication and provides real time updates on the status of works either preventative or reactive. Also, history of the works can be extracted to better understand the and monitor works on a particular asset or relevant work category. Very easy to use without jumping from one place to another, all in one system use. Integration of the checklist and customer service is always their when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve on the layout and if diffenrt tabs can be open for differnt fucntion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of the asset downtime and asset integrity can be tracked. Reporting have been very helpful every week to the management, and is accessible at any given time when needed.
MaintainX Switchover

The support with our companies switchover was exceptional

MaintainX has allowed us to consolidate all of our Asset management, Facility management and site inspections into one easy to use program
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
We use this program company wide and it’s been helpful for tracking and assigning tasks. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think the homepage layout is great, but it’s easy enough to look past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and assigning tasks.
Simple, intuitive and easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based which makes implementation simpler, clean interface and excellent ability to customise views, fields and reports. The implementation programme was only three weeks and the support team made this very simple. Smart use of AI in the tool makes lots of things easier. Training the team was simple and the built in help library, especially the videos make for quick learning. Has become the main tool we use daily for managing our environment. Great potenital for future integration with FMIS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
In future would like to see more content to strategically manage assets such as condition reporting, and replacement planning/forecasting reporting built into the tool. Given its focus is around assets management its a little disappointing that all the asset reporting functionality is locked down to Enterprise only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manageable database of our assets and associated work. Efficient methods for distributing work instructions to contractors and tracking progress.
MaintainX has made it so much easier to communicate with the team and see who is on what work order

Easy to use and very user friendly everyone on my team uses this program

All of the notification I get that dont need my attention

I liked that I am able to do my inspection on my phone or tablet.
