Smooth and clean interface
What do you like best about the product?
The App is very friendly and easy to use

the communication between inventory and the PO function is not very smart, some improvement is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems that maintainx solving is to creat and organize work orders

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to customize specific reports. Will to see drag/drop buttons to customize specific reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of new interfaces/ modules
Very good CMMS software to log activity and create reporting on the company maintenance activities.
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty flexible. We have adapted the custom fields and processes to what we need to record for each maintenance ticket. These can easily be retrieved in report format to provide internal leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many suggestions for improvements to the software have been submitted. I do believe these suggestions are making their way to engineering to review, however, we never know if they are being considered or are being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us organize our efforts on a daily basis. Before we implemented MaintainX, many of the tasks were transmitted to the techs via email or face-to-face. Now we can distribute tasks quickly, easily, and with all the details on the MaintainX webpage.
Excellent Platform with exceptional value
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive system; minimal training has been required to get staff up to speed and proficiency. The mobile app is excellent - it has a simple, clean, user-friendly layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without being on the Enterprise level, features are locked and advanced customizations aren't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've made significant improvements in work order management and preventive maintenance with the help of MaintainX. The benefit is to help us pivot from a preventative to a predictive maintenance strategy.

The ability to attach work orders to specific assets in a home.

The ability to attach more than one asset

Staying on top of maintenance requests and recurring tasks.
Great way to track work!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a great way to track work that needs done. It being paperless ensures nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were folders we could use to put done work orders so that we don't have pages and pages of orders building up.

MaintainX helps us stay organized with work orders.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The communication aspect of MaintainX has been outstanding. Operating on 3 different shifts, MaintainX enables us to keep everyone informed and updated on the progress. It has improved staff relations, as it creates a team environment working together on the work orders. Sharing information and updates is incredibly easy. Requesters have universally adopted MaintainX and greatly appreciate the feedback they get as they view updates to their requests. With MaintainX, I have almost eliminated the chaos of emails, phone calls, or text messages; I can pretty much start and end my day with just MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there's anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relaying information and updates across three different shifts used to be a struggle. The easy adoption by all departments has dramatically reduced the number of impromptu requests that would typically interfere with our schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast response time to requests and willing to listen to suggestioins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit more of an ability to change the view, font style and color to make it a better distinction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize things better and in one location rather than three or more excel spread sheets and an invoice file.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still in the process of setting everything up, but I can already tell that MaintainX is going to make my job much easier. No more paper binders or printing and scanning: the site allows you to move anything maintenance related to the cloud so that the whole team is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taking a while to get everything digitized. I know that once we get to that point, it'll be much easier, but moving all of our PMs and inspections onto the site is very tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is allowing us to store our preventative maintenance, SOPs, and parts inventory in one central location where the whole team can access them. This is helpful for reducing downtime and keeping everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Right from the very beginning of exploring the possibility of changing from the CMMS system we were using. The information gathered from MaintainX's website, and implementing the program for our facility has been absolutely smooth, painless and actually fun. The initial consultation was complete, well presented and very easy to understand. As we moved into the implementation and use the MaintainX team, especially Laurent T. was exceptional with his help and guidance we have gone live and look forward to continued relationship with MaintainX. We have a dedicated account guru Katie, who is there to answer and questions as well as a live chat that responds within minutes, not hours.
