What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is super user friendly. The staff has been super helpful in getting us set up. Prior to MX we were using note pads, excel sheets, white boards but were largely unsuccessful. MX makes it easy to mass communicate with work orders and you have the ability to keep them timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time I have used it, nothing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing consistency and structure to our maintenance program

i don't like inputting all the data, but that is a small sacrifice for the payoff afterwards.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been a game-changer for how we manage maintenance requests. It allows us to create, track, and update work orders in real time, eliminating the need for phone calls or texts to our maintenance staff. Our favorite features are:

1. Ability to use both desktop and mobile app for approving, requesting, and tracking work orders.
2. Centralized communication and visibility for the whole team.
3. Easy to use even for those not so tech-savvy.
4. Ability to upload photos and videos to requests.
5. Being able to assign work orders directly to staff members, saving administrative time.

MaintainX streamlines our workflow, keeps everyone informed, and makes work order management effortless. I highly recommend for any organization looking to improve efficiency and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note—we haven’t encountered any issues worth mentioning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX, maintenance requests often came in through calls or texts, which were easy to miss and difficult to track. Now, everything is submitted, approved, and updated in one place—accessible from both desktop and mobile. This keeps our team organized, eliminates missed requests, and allows us to prioritize and complete work faster. The result is fewer communication breakdowns, faster response times, and an overall boost in operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized and on time with work orders. It prompts me to stay on task and track what we do, so we are able to have the traceability for future tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating some of the procedures can be difficult and if you have multiple assets that are tied to one work order, it makes separate work orders for each asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing us to have the issues that everyone is experiencing in the palm of my hand, while my boss schedules the requests by urgency. It is keeping the important stuff right where we need it. If we ever need to see an old work order for information about a job it’s a very simple task to accomplish.

Great Way to Streamline Work Flow

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the real time updating of input information. Staff can complete their tasks and record it in MaintainX. It immediately updates the work order to let other staff know that task has been completed or is being worked on. I work in a highly regulated industry and the time stamping is very useful. When I run reports, they show who and when did the work. MaintainX was very easy to implement, and staff find it easy to use. It has streamlined our workflow and documentation of completed assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. The template set up was initially confusing but now it is very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has allowed us to show regulators and other stakeholders that essential jobs are being performed in a timely manner. It has also given us the opportunity to follow up with the user who completed the work for any questions or feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of cost per machine in our production, downtime and real time time tracking are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing it is a great software and I enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain x has solved the transparency issues that come along with the old stile of tracking everything in excel spread sheets or word documents, these take hours and hours to mange and things get missed or forgotten until its too late, with maintain x you can track equipment, work orders , cost and so much more in real time.

I like the comment section. Easy to put pictures on there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filters reset. I'm not sure why.

It shows us which work orders are highest priority.

The thing I like most are the bar codes that go straight to my director.

The thing I dislike most aout maintainX is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You scan a barcode and a work order goes straight to the Maintenace director.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of creating work orders, especially recurring ones. Mostly my company uses the CMMS program for inspections and creating those inspections is super easy. I enjoy the support team being online very often to help with issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that personally are not built up well enough yet. I think the due date and start date features for recurring work orders could be better, especially when you change a due date and apply to all future work orders in that tree. Sometimes you can accidentally mess up a recurrence without meaning to. Also it's very difficult to undo anything you do, you have to be very sure of the changes you make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solves a lot of our maintenance digitalization issues, we can now actually document and track maintenance. This is helpful both for accountability and the ability to see if something has a high frequency of repair.
