Effortless Machine PM Scheduling Made Simple

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX simplifies the process of scheduling preventive maintenance for each machine, whether it's on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for parts by description or vendor can be difficult unless you include all the necessary details in the description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is useful for keeping track of inventory, monitoring part usage, and recording machine breakdowns.

User-Friendly and Real-Time, But Needs Better Filtering and Mass Edit Options

What do you like best about the product?
It's much more user friendly than our previous SAP system we were using to log our data. The fact that time etc is logged live is much better also.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few items we would like to be able to do, more filters, also on different view pages. Also more mass change facility would help (for example mass change start time) - the way MaintainX is designed means jobs aren't visible on the to do list until a certain time. This can pose a problem if the guys are also partly managing when they do jobs. They need to be able to see all the work so they can tie in with production and create a schedule with them. But to make lots of jobs visible, the start dates need to be changed one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't actually been using it long enough to see any major benefits. But already dealing with jobs fully throughout the day, being closed off live etc is making the end of my shift easier.

Excellent Support and Usability, But Pricey Compared to Competitors

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and ease of use have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for MaintainX is high compared to other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us keep an order of work order tasks that need to be done each day as I have a team of custodial employees who have to clean and setup for various church ministries and events.

What do you like best about the product?
Very User friendly. Account managers and Support team is very knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found any dislikes in any of the features I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, there are no significant issues—only a few procedural updates are pending. These updates are expected to be available in the beta version soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of navigating through applications and being able to view analytics of our equipment across the jobsite
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm learning how to manage equipment scheduling for a new startup, and it's a process where things are constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
there are glitches here and there. Desired applications have been pending for over 2 years now. The MaintainX engineering team is still working on solutions

Effortless Onboarding and Mobile Access, with Reliable Support for Minor Issues

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use, especially when it comes to onboarding new team members. Having the platform available on their cell phones, which they are already comfortable with, makes the whole process even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced a few issues with the filters, but customer service has consistently been available to help resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are currently assisting with setting up the next steps in our TPM program by custom-configuring accounts specifically for operator-level PMs. Their support in this phase has been valuable as we move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is fairly user friendly and Maria and Ira have been very helpful in supporting us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintain X is expensive.
It is a large cost for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining the PM process for us along with asset tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of the software to customize every single thing as per user. The customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting features can be made better like in the calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order management, and history of work orders, asset tracking, planning & scheduling the work requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and user friendly the interface is, whether your a requester or the individual completing a task. The system is fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I have no complaints during my time using MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has never had an efficient means of tracking maintence issues outside of physical mediums. As we work to modernize our processes going forward MaintainX provides us a great platform not just for tracking, but also to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
