An intuitive experience!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to use. The work flow is super straightforward and the customer support is awesome.

Nothing. Everything is good. The system is very smooth

It is helping to improve efficiency in our maintenance department.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account representative, Carl, is always responsive with helping us utilize the system to the fullest, and he's patient when training us on the different functionality. A breath of fresh air from a support team, finally!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the procedures could be assigned to an individual, instead of attaching them to work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of work flow and ensuring employees are completing their daily tasks.
Easy to use and easy to customize
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best feature. Most features are very straight forward, and any questions are taken care of quickly with built-in support features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to export data collection in graph form along with the pdf text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data collection has allowed for restructuring our PM plans and increased our OEE on several pieces of equipment.
MaintainX is completely changing the way we do things in the BEST way!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see upcoming scheduled work orders as an admin if I hide them until closer to the due date for the techs. But I am probably doing something wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to connect our locations and keep us all on the same page with our maintenance. I see more of our departments using MaintainX very soon.
Easy access by cell and laptop, fast update of data....
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful ad using this everyday application is uploading text and pictures instantly with notes, and MaintainX makes them accessible to all in the group at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for over six months, and I can not complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct transfer of the information between all team members at the same time. Saving time and misunderstandings. That helps us save time and be more productive with the participation of every concerned member.
Responsive Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
They took time with us to explain how their product differed from our current solution. They gave us easy to use tools to transfer the files, and have been very responsive when we have had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of interface challenges that they have agreed to look at for us. They were open to making changes to meet our needs and also honestly told ous of areas where we would not see changes.

We manage work orders for 15 employees in 7 buildings across our campus. MaintainX allows us to quickly make changes to the person assigned to the work order and when the work orders need to be completed.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a great way to organize work that needs to be done daily. The fact that it is paperless just makes it so much better. If we need access to a work order in the future, it is easy to access.

We could use more free services with the basic plan.

It is giving us an electronic paperless way to handle work that needs to be done daily.

Everything is helpful from reporting and complete details of trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.the upside is gchat merging where we can discuss the problem of machine using created ticket

I dont see any unhelpful at maintain x.I dont see any downside keep improving nice work!It will be better if you improve more in anticipating real time or tracing time cheating.

Maintain x help us communicating problem in real time it helps to solve by brainstorming because we can discuss problem in Gchat while raising work order.Out business performance really increase thank you for your great creation.

Ability to receive work orders fast from Staff. MaintainX is very easy to use and gives us the ability to track multiple issues at the same time.

I'd like the ability to go back into completed work orders to modify information unavailable at time of work.

Tracking our maintenance issues in "real" time. Ability to take before and after photos.

Great user friendly interface for the facility maintenance team
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the system is the flexibility is blending MaintainX in to your platform. I enjoy the ease of finding information and the detail tracking with in the system. Being in the maintenance field for over 25years this is one of the best platforms for tracking preventative and reactive maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is limited to titles only at this time there's lots of work around but an advanced search function would be desirable for user friendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is probably the best part of this system. The tracking allows you to see what and when things happened allowing team members stay updated on progress or lack of progress.
