What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the app, all levels of the company can see what is happening and request on the spot
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing, everything works as it should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between all sectors of business is so much smoother now. I can get a request and review straight away as oppose to tracking people down or missing something myself

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create accountability within our business, easy setup and quick to respond support team never leave me hanging, our equipment has never been in better condition due to a preventative maintenance plan I was able to implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more reporting features and maybe and option for a dollar amount on the meters

Helping us with keeping up with our equipment and reminding us of what needs to be done

Intuitive and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
All parts can be cataloged and binned easily with a barcode system. MaintainX can track all your inventory, link it to relevant assets and equipment, and attach vendors to reorder from.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really, but you get out of it what you put into it. Re-working your existing parts management system (digitized or not) will be time-consuming to set up. There's no way around that really, although if you do have spreadsheets or documents already, the MaintainX staff can import them for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we didn't reliably know what parts we still had in stock, risking the possibility of downtime on critical equipment while waiting for shipments. Now we can check the entire stock room easily to guarantee minimum quantities are being stocked always.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the guys in the field. Having an actual app instead of a browser makes things extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the best work order system we have used so far. Looking to talk with them about a feature that will remind you of over-due work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way to track work orders without excel or something old. This keeps us compliant with inspections and keeps our crew's ontop of work orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of all the machines and parts you have in your business. The ease of use when creating work orders and monitoring machines is also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about MaintainX, I haven't used it enough to find anything major. If anything becomes an issue, I am sure I can get a hold of someone to help fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to monitor and keep track of maintenance to see if they are doing what they are supposed to and if any problems that come with maintenance. We are hoping this will solve our maintenance issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of work to be done is what I like best. From who ? What ? When ? Where ? Why ? and anything and everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list layout of work orders is not customizable. Not able to sort by location in app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving our problem of issues being reported but not resolved. Requests are being fulfilled in a timely manner since they aren't forgotten.

Never experienced any downtime or issues

Cannot accept work requests via email. Only via a portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of staff work requests for a facilities department on a large campus. The assets feature is great at tracking a history of appliance and facility repairs.

It's simple and intuitive. Can be accessed via mobile app as well as desktop.

Haven't used it long enough to establish any negative opinions.

What do you like best about the product?
All my documents in one location at the touch of a button. Saves trees as documents are electronic and stored electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about MaintainX

Ease of access to important documents that I use daily. I am able to log procedures and have proof if needed that certain procedures were perform. Helps keep track of daily, monthly, quarterly, etc procedures
