What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, both on the desktop and phone. The support team is always available for questions &/or feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature seems a little "finicky" sometimes.. but I am still learning how to use it and how to take advantage of the filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app supports our Operations department in keeping track of work orders - which include all the elements needed (assets, parts, locations, teams...) for clarity and efficient workflow. This helps prevent the breakdown of our assets and facilitates optimum production.

Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
This application is built around the phone, and that's where a lot of our work is. It seems simple. Not too much in your face.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search capability seems to only search the title. You have to use the filter to get more searching done, but I'm told this has a solution that's on its way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Store spare parts as well as docuent all assests that's in the field. Being able to give an accurate account to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of MaintainX is the ability to schedule repeating work orders and assign them to individuals or team members with a procedure and any vendors needed to complete the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about MaintainX is that there doesn't seem to be an ability to schedule a project over a larger period of time without creating a work order on each day that the project will take place. So I find it helpful to use a project management program alongside MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had MaintainX, the team was relying on memory for most repeating work orders and had no way to track how much we got done in a week or how many tasks were scheduled per week. We would have times where we were overbooked simply because there was no way to visually see how much was scheduled per day. MaintainX has taken the stress away from the job by removing the need to keep track of so many things mentally and given us the ability to prioritize and organize work orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The App version on my cell and tablet. Is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found any CONS as of yet, very stream lined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my Monthly projects and reports, plus being able to have files converted in MainatainX to be utilized as " check boxes " is wonderful.

What do you like best about the product?
It has help organize a lot of long term projects as well as giving us the ability to keep track of small repairs as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can tend to get a little confusing, but I haven't gotten stuck yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, communication and remittance. Being able to keep track of and show all of the things getting done keeps the bosses off our backs.

Best CMMS and Service Ever!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is outstanding! They normally respond within minutes during the week and within an hour on the weekend. The people who are also very knowledgeable as well. I have even had the CEO reply on weekends!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that we currently dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMMS. MaintainX helps us with both our maintenance management/tracking and keeping our parts inventory up-to-date. We use it for both maintenance management and inventory control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an extremely responsive CMMS provider, these are the guys! For customization, if the system can do it, these guys will do it and usually within a couple of hours. The system is very easy to administrate and use. We use it for inventory, work orders, and recently to track in-house asset builds. We look forward to growing with MaintainX!

Difficult to PM multiple machines at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm told that through maintain X we can use it for inventory management as well as tracking time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot do multiple work orders or pms simultaneously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a synced inventory and parts list along with each machine is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like entering the information I need for the parts and using pictures. I like that they have made it so you can look up items by their part #.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any thing I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to account for parts since the guys can add them to work orders. It's been an enormous help to be able to assign parts to the machine they belong to.
