The Team Behind the Program is the Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of work orders, location designation, parts inventory, and trends are brought together in one intuitive platform. Additionally, the people behind MaintainX are superb to work with. They are responsive and competent in their software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to link to live, up-to-date utilities to detect peaks and valleys.
It would complement nicely to have an hourly tracking mechanism for employees actively using this platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It comprehensively addresses our Maintenance Department to communicate and track tasks, parts and initiatives in one single platform.
Excellent Work Order Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the requester. Ease of accessibility for new staff. Easy to teach. I like the option to add pictures. I find it infinitely easier to use than Facility Guy which was our previous company software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only addition it would need to be complete: is to allow building mapping and drawing. Perhaps a portal to upload and translate schematics or floor plans. I'd like to be able to hand the software off to the next facilities person and have a framework for him/her to grow and work off of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People harass me in person for their immediate needs. MaintainX allows me to prioritize and effectively knock down work orders without losing priority or forgetting because a problem/ticket was mentioned in passing.
The most user friendly CMMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly nature of the platform which is approachable to all and reduces training time and data input errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have a calibration database for all process instrumentation records.

A CMMS platform that the teams are willing to use.
Its a wonderful tool to maintain your work orders.

The Layout is good. It's easy to use and user-friendly.

Sometimes the search function doesn't work well.

We are able to have tickets in one location, which is really helping to keep a track of all maintenance tickets.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Great experience using MaintainX, taking a facility from having NO cmms program at all, to fully utilizing all the great, easy set up and features they have available, great that everything is in real time on the desk tops and mobile devices

No real dislikes, simple easy to use no problems experienced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tracking, via work orders , PM's and great reporting features, it's nice having pictures, manuals and everything else at your fingertips

Tech's can use their phone to make and to complete work orders

We are 8 months into the implementation and have not found anything that we don't like.

We were not using a CMMS, and things were being overlooked, now we have documented reminders

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add pictures to everything

I did not find anything disagreeable about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit has been the ability to track reoccurring needs. It has also been helpful when an obscure break from last year happens again, I can pull up the work order or inventory to find out what part was used.
Ease of use, receptive and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard gives a great overview. Easy to add work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my use it's the assets. They are not necessary.

Outstanding App for any business
What do you like best about the product?
As a Building and supply manager I am able to keep our growing PT family of clinics organized to supplies needing ordered,outside/inside maintenance work ect. All through simple work orders in instant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only negative is I wish requestors were able to complete checklists. We have our CD's in each clinic as full users but get busy to do checklists that our aides are able to do but can't without using our CD's ipad to help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put my clinics in an organized and timely manner by helping to see what work orders I can prioritize from low to high. So I can be able to complete urgent requests fast then a low one that can wait.
Very intuitive and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it can expand as you go. If you are trying to search for a function that doesn't exist, it will allow you to create it on the fly and immediately attach it. No backtracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things that you have to get used to. Nothing major that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintainx offers me a solution to reports that need to be generated to satisfy certain DEQ requirements regarding equipment maintenance and timelines that must be met.
