What do you like best about the product?
The communication aspect of MaintainX has been outstanding. Operating on 3 different shifts, MaintainX enables us to keep everyone informed and updated on the progress. It has improved staff relations, as it creates a team environment working together on the work orders. Sharing information and updates is incredibly easy. Requesters have universally adopted MaintainX and greatly appreciate the feedback they get as they view updates to their requests. With MaintainX, I have almost eliminated the chaos of emails, phone calls, or text messages; I can pretty much start and end my day with just MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there's anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relaying information and updates across three different shifts used to be a struggle. The easy adoption by all departments has dramatically reduced the number of impromptu requests that would typically interfere with our schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast response time to requests and willing to listen to suggestioins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit more of an ability to change the view, font style and color to make it a better distinction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize things better and in one location rather than three or more excel spread sheets and an invoice file.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still in the process of setting everything up, but I can already tell that MaintainX is going to make my job much easier. No more paper binders or printing and scanning: the site allows you to move anything maintenance related to the cloud so that the whole team is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taking a while to get everything digitized. I know that once we get to that point, it'll be much easier, but moving all of our PMs and inspections onto the site is very tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is allowing us to store our preventative maintenance, SOPs, and parts inventory in one central location where the whole team can access them. This is helpful for reducing downtime and keeping everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Right from the very beginning of exploring the possibility of changing from the CMMS system we were using. The information gathered from MaintainX's website, and implementing the program for our facility has been absolutely smooth, painless and actually fun. The initial consultation was complete, well presented and very easy to understand. As we moved into the implementation and use the MaintainX team, especially Laurent T. was exceptional with his help and guidance we have gone live and look forward to continued relationship with MaintainX. We have a dedicated account guru Katie, who is there to answer and questions as well as a live chat that responds within minutes, not hours. What do you like best about the product?
I deleted all the work I had done in the last two weeks. Juan kept me calm and walked me through restoring all my work. Juan was easy to understand, and the steps were clear to follow. Thank you Juan you ROCK!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this system is one of the most accessible parts inventory programs and easiest maintenance shop programs I have ever had the privilege of using. I dislike nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deleted all my work. This is work I have been doing for the last two weeks. But Juan helped me so much. He helped me restore all my work.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is super easy to use, it manages both my maintenance and IT departments' work requests, and I'm going to use it to manage several inventories

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can take photos of the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The uploaded Photo aspect really takes the guess work out of problem areas. It also reduces my downtime. Also keeps up with my PM schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
the implimentation team got me up and running at breakneck speeds.

I wish they had better marketing strategies so i wouldnt have been left in the dark for so long.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the end user and Maintenace staff. Excellent visibility and insight for Admin via the analytics. This system was easy to customize and roll out to staff!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability of the system to intuitively send requests to full users by main location and asset location. Admins are required to approve requests and assign them to the appropriate staff. Not the end of the world, but it increases the work of the admin, in my case, the Maintenance Supervisors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is replacing a legacy system for maintenance work orders that was not user-friendly and did not have any ability to produce reports making transparency of outstanding work orders difficult. We now have a system (MaintainX) that is extremely easy for the end-user to complete requests, allows pictures of the issues to be added to the request, asset inventory, and increases visibility into the efficiency of the staff. The software enables the company to track frequent asset issues, allowing proactive budgeting for replacement.
