Great for Organizing Work Orders by Priority and Location
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to organize all our work orders into priority and location

It is not the cheapest solution but it meets the needs of our organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great communication tool between our stands and our facilities team to have visibility into all our known issues and to allocate resources towards resolving those issues
Outstanding After-Sales Support with Fast Issue Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the service after the sale is the best part. If I have questions or need help, they’re always there to answer. Any issues I run into are usually resolved within a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much to add, but having more options to customize work orders would make this better. Also, the ability to create sub-locations within a location in the inventory tab would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us a much bigger picture of our maintenance program. It has also helped us utilize our techs in a much more manageable way. In maintenance, your techs get a lot of what we call “shoulder taps” (please help me with this or that) without using work orders. Since implementing this system and giving the right people access to make requests, our shoulder taps have reduced by 75%.

Is very easy to nabigate and always is running never had any downtime and think it works great

Finding part numbers , instead of flipping through a printed book i just type name of part and it comes up

Ease of use, UI, and the overall workflow. Easy to set up new users.

Great for Improving Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation support is a major plus when onboarding. The platform is cost effective with real metrics on time and value of work. The report dashboard is great for management review and communication. It leverages AI to assist techs in completing their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would benefit from more "viewing" users who can see the schedule/reports but are not involved in the actual work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had previously used a messy excel document to track preventative maintainance and an onging list for weekly work orders and projects. This has simplified and organized those items.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendliness and interacting from A to Z.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. This has been the best Work order and PM system out of the 3.

Proficiency and all-around communication with everyone in the groups.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is extremely easy to use and set up. The mobile app is fantastic; having the ability to view and manage work orders while out in the field is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't found anything I dislike about the app. My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows technician's notes in work orders to be automatically translated into the user's chosen app language, making the process seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are primarily using it for inventory management and work order management. This has been a significant improvement for us, as before MaintainX, we did not have any inventory system in place and all work orders were handled manually on paper.
