Work Orders made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and format of creating a work order and everything being properly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is a game changing for us, we can track cost, allocate cost properly, schedule pm , workload view, labour, etc.

Great Initial Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We are in week 2 of our experience. So far it has been exactly as was laid out to us in the sales process. Eric and Sam have been awesome to work with. The flexibility of the software to be built to our needs has been excellent. I am very impressed with how easy it is to use now that we are creating tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is the amount of data we need to build because we had nothing to start with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had no mechanism in place to track any of our assets. Maintain X is now providing us with a tool to not only document what we have but also to track repair, replacement, and age. It is allowing us to plan better for end of life of our equipment while also allowing us to track the repair requests going forward.
The best solution from streamling your assets
What do you like best about the product?
I signed up with MaintainX to help streamline our asset list and to be able to track repairs, breakdowns, and costs. MaintainX does it flawlessly saving time, headaches, and has drastically reduced our downtime with an option for our guys in the field to report issues as they arrise. It was too easy to implement into our operation and when any question arrises, the customer support team is quick to respond with a solution or answer very quickly. I have it on my home screen on my phone and is always pulled up in my office giving me great visability with how much i use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
We havent found anything unhelpful. I would love a way to broadcast an interactive calendar to our shop so they can easily see their workload for the day.

Reduced downtime, better overview of our 400+ assets, and streamlining our shop process.

verification steps to log in, having to login into the email then receive the code

Keeping a history track record of work orders.
Simple and quick!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make a work order and be done with it. Knowing that my maintenance team will see my work order and get to it asap!
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing everyone’s work order for the whole company.

Communication between me and my maintenance team.

the fact that you can add multiple pictures for each piece of equipment or part.
What do you dislike about the product?
So unless you have the top tier of MaintainX, you are extremely limited of what you can do. Permissions for each individual when it comes to work orders and formats, limited. Being unable to print out a part label with all of the necessary information on it from MaintainX, very time consuming and bothersome. Biggest issue I'm running into is, when there is an update, any customized sections that I have changed on my dashboard, they reset themselves after every update. I have to go in each time there is an update and re customize all my windows that I use (Parts, Purchase Orders, Assets, etc.)

MaintainX is so easy to use. Our technicians love the platform for its easy of access and the user interface.

There are no downside that I have found
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is allowing us to have much better visibility the true cost of our assets. We manage our extensive PM plan through the easy to use portal.
Implementation of maintainance progam.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track mainainance and day to day operations when not all operators are on the same shift has been helpful. MaintainX is extremely easy to use and intergration has also been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the original set up is taking longer than we thought. Not a MainainX complaint really, had we been more prepared before we implemented MaintainX we may have been farther along at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX we would often do the same job multiple times. Implementing MaintainX has helped us keep track of what has been done already.
Our experience has been pivotal to success.
What do you like best about the product?
Our support group at MaintainX has been so helpful. We find it very useful to have such a great team to work with that can help us solve problems and make the most of the software. What a great team to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different features on MOBILE and desktop can be diffuclt to work between, I wish it was a little more seamless between the two.

W are able to use MX to help us keep track of assets and the kits to refurbish our assets.
