An easy to use work order system
What do you like best about the product?
Within a few minutes, you can have your organization up and running and producing work orders with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is supposed to fluctuate depending on how many users you have but even after dropping some of the users, the cost remained the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really helps track what is happening in the field as well as optimize time spent on each job

What do you like best about the product?
The app. is VERY user friendly we have people of all ages using the app in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly have zero complaints anout the app other than there isnt a clock in and out feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company completes numerous jobs a day and we are able to keep the organized so they are billed accordinly.

It has changed the way our operations functions for the better!
The inventory part of the app has truly helped with keeping me organized.

The application is user friendly to use i like that i can use it on my phone.

It need to have a way to track purchase orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with excellent organization for both the admin and the maintenance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when there are too many users, information gets put in incorrectly making it overwhelming when trying to filter locations and categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, everything was scribbled onto paper in an unorganized fashion. It is extremely helpful to have work order numbers to add to invoicing, view OPEN work orders and DONE work orders with categories. The Assets are kept in one location. It becomes evident very quickly the areas that need improvement within the maintenance team and the organization allows for immediate improvement. *Unable to upload screenshot to this survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use web interface works on browser. Resonsive customer service / tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing one open tab refreshes others- this has been fixed and is no longer an issue after bringing this up in my original review, the MX team worked to resolve this and followed up with great results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking service desk tickets and keeping track of issues
