Great application
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of use and ability to have all members of your team comment on different jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cannot edit or remove comments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems we have is not being able to remove comments but it has helped us so much by keeping track of work orders and time frames for jobs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use this app, it's awesome and helps so much for organizing what contracts you have and organize work orders

I would like to see Meter-generated work orders instead of only date.

we realized benefit on history informations on machines - easy to follow - time to report - human time

easy to create lists , assets , locations
easy to take in hands,
in 2 months the project can be implemented on the production with parts inventory, pictures , ... also if you haven't nothing before (no excel , only paper ;-))

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to view, approve and assign jobs to my maintenance teams. It is also easy not only for my staff to submit requests but for the maintenance team to organize and prioritize requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log in process can be cumbersome with multiple properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have the " well I told the maintenance guy last week" Issues. I know what has been submitted and addressed. Our team has been much more timely and organized which makes the rest of our staff feel successful.

Can't erase previous messages in mailbox

MaintainX is a very smooth app to use and great at getting the job done!

The app sometimes does not register when a task is finished.

It's been beneficial to track data for our drivers. The app benefits us in helping update work orders, drivers tasks, and maintaining the vehicle up to date
This Application Is Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
This application is user friendly because it is easy to maneuver through it. Easy to submit tickets and even easy to add new users. And when sending messages through there you get a quick response.

Not much to dislike on this application. When everyone got trained, everyone felt comfortable using MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving are getting people to want to be added into MaintainX so that they can go ahead and put in their own tickets, making it easier for the department to get work done faster. They usually like to come in and ask for what they need so MaintainX has eliminated that by alot making it easier to get to everyone in time of need.

I am solving communication issues, and tasks are not being forgotten. It helps to keep my team on the same page.
