User friendly and great technical support
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use and my team can all access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have a dislike of the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 40 restaurants under my control and it helps me see all the work orders and keep all tech accountable for their work orders.

I like that as soon as I log on, it shows me the work orders I'm responsible for at the top of the request list

some fellow employees tend to use other social media apps to accomplish the same functions of MaintainX

I'm receiving requests for services my department provides. Works like other apps.
So handy to pinpoint problems and get them rectified through this app

All very good. If too many using to input is overwelming

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that all are on the same page: in-office or field! The ability to upload photos and videos is great. Perhaps have the ability to connect youtube to it for longer videos. IF not its cool we just cut and paste the html link its no big deal:) I am sure its tons of other things I can do on here just need to sit still and learn

I wish you could run monthly or weekly reports of all comments pics etc so I can archive all notes of work orders....

Solving work orders so-called "missing" in action and having photos to attach and files to attach
Great tool for tracking outsatnding work orders
What do you like best about the product?
The app is great for tracking incomplete work orders. The automatically updating "requesters" on job status is a brilliant function and saves a great deal of time. One of the best functions for me is that we are now able to view the history of a specific area or location
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the admin user could be alerted if repetitive work is being carried out in the same area over a specified period so that further investigation can be done

MaintainX has aided me tremendously in data logging/ capturing and categorising our work orders
True Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
This program is a full-featured task manager second to none. I run the Maintenance Dept. for a global chemical company, and we would be lost without MaintainX. There are so many features that are great to have a standalone entity yet also work with each other. Asset list to keep log all your equipment and Parts inventory to track in-stock parts, reorder points, and what jobs the parts were used on are just a few. This program also has a reporting function that is a historical dashboard of work done, money spent, and many other metrics. Work orders and Repeating Preventative Maintenance work orders are the meat and potatoes for my organization. NO more paper that needs to be maintained or could be lost. All work is stored in the cloud and searchable in many different ways. PM work orders populate themselves on their own within the time frame you set it up for (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). If you're even the slightest bit curious about becoming more organized, I highly recommend signing up for a free trial and seeing what this powerful tool can do for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that comes to mind for dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, scheduling, and accountability. Using repeating work orders as an example, we now have our PMs scheduled well in advance and fed to us via MaintainX. In the past, it was print out a bunch of paper forms and research when it was last completed on the excel spreadsheet created to track those dates. Then assign out the work.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like as a Busines with MaintainX are all the design elements it has that make keeping up with your Restaurant for all future and even past items needed at all times the simplest of all our daily jobs. With all the features the work orders have, it makes doing business run at the top level for all who use it in our company from all levels of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a thing I do not like with the MaintainX app. I have grown to love it and continue to find it more and more helpful each day that we use it here at Premier Kings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep up with over 40 Restaurants 7 days a week. Having the MaintainX app has made all of our jobs here much more organized and easier to manage. This program is one of the best programs we could have ever switched to using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MaintainX is the best for keeping work orders for a moving Maintenace Restaurant Team organized and efficient. They have the best parts Inventory I have ever used and make keeping up with what you need to order simple and easy.
MaintainX has completely changed the way we get work done for the better!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on mobile devices is a huge benefit. Easy communication with the team. Asset management is a huge help to store all data related to items, inspection docs, user manuals, all in one place on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a feature I dont know about yet, but I'd like to have a public work order form on my website for tenants to fill out and not have to give them an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking is the biggest problem we're able to solve. Our campus is 21 buildings and there's just too many things to do without some sort of easy, referencable tracking system. The biggest thing we've been able to do is start PM schedules on our systems, which allows us to catch problems before they cost way more. Just getting stuff done and seeing it checked off gives me and the rest of the leadership team peace of mind.

Look no further, you've found the WO system you need.
