What do you like best about the product?
The application is user friendly to use i like that i can use it on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It need to have a way to track purchase orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track off all the work orders that I do in real time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with excellent organization for both the admin and the maintenance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when there are too many users, information gets put in incorrectly making it overwhelming when trying to filter locations and categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, everything was scribbled onto paper in an unorganized fashion. It is extremely helpful to have work order numbers to add to invoicing, view OPEN work orders and DONE work orders with categories. The Assets are kept in one location. It becomes evident very quickly the areas that need improvement within the maintenance team and the organization allows for immediate improvement. *Unable to upload screenshot to this survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use web interface works on browser. Resonsive customer service / tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing one open tab refreshes others- this has been fixed and is no longer an issue after bringing this up in my original review, the MX team worked to resolve this and followed up with great results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking service desk tickets and keeping track of issues

Cannot Run The Business Without

What do you like best about the product?
Time and cost tracking. Identifying what how much time by maintenance team member allows us to hold everyone accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding additional costs to a work order we cannot customize the categories. The only three options are labor, travel, and other. Most of the categories allow for customization, but this does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX we used a system of hand written notes. There was zero tracking on the status of a maintenance issue. Additionally before MaintainX the employee initiating the work order had no way of knowing what the updates were or when the work order was expected to be completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start slowly with a small group of users. Set achievable goals and then grow. Don't try to put on every asset and set up every repeatable work order right away. Buy in from the users is critical. Make sure you get their input at every stage of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can link assets to work order and track when inventory is low automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but if I have to choose I would say perhaps work on being more user friendly for people less technically inclined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MaintainX to speed up the process from the amount of time between a citizen inquiry to the time the public works manager has the work order in his hands. The time we save in paperwork alone is work it.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of service is superior. Fast responses, knowledgeable employees, very attentive to our needs and keeping us up and running! The program is super easy to learn and use, too. It has helped us streamline our fleet maintenance so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, so far there is nothing we don't like. Any suggestions we had they were quick to consider and implement and they keep making things better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use an excel spreadsheet for fleet maintenance. That was fine until someone changed some formulas by accident and we couldn't figure out what had been changed. Everything was ruined - that is literally what caused us to look for a program. The benefits are less time spent navigating, peace of mind that we're maintaining our fleet well with a system that works!!!

No be able to use the offline option on every plan.

It is helping keep track of facility and mechanical repairs and maintenance.
