Great Starting Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and setup. Employees were quick to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization on specific parameters was not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to dispatch service techs to customers quicker and able to provide better feedback to management and the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Inventory control and tracking! Easiest way to track parts usage and reorder ever! Before MaintainX plant equipment efficiency was 65% now it is 95%. This is due to the ablity to track maintianance trends and plan repairs before they become downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a area to put and manage tech manual PDF's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the reporting a lot to track downtime with equipment down to the Operator and Tech. Using MaintainX, Predictive Maintenance has been a game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MaintainX will free you up to do real work, instead of tracking this and that.

MaintainX gets the jobs done

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is EXTREMELY easy to use which makes it the BEST tool to effectively and efficiently get the jobs done. I use it to request items that just need some attention all the way to items that need to be done in the moment. I am able to communicate my needs the way I need it done, by utilizing the photo option, set the priority, and narrow down the area. The comment section allows me to make modifications if something changes. There is limited room for error which makes the execution of projects successful and fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, there is nothing I dislike. I have used MaintainX for almost a year now and it has been seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my needs come at a moments notice . MaintainX allows me to put in a request in the moment, so I don't forget and so the task can be started with little time wasted. My schedule and the schedule of those executing my requests are always the same, with MaintainX I am able to request what is needed and know that the job will get done. This ease of mind has greatly improved the business in my department because I don't have to waste time wondering if something will get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you try it. You've got nothing to lose, only win with a more streamlined, efficient, and effective workflow that spills over into department success!

Easy to get started and great tech support

What do you like best about the product?
The initial start-up was very easy and the learning curve was not bad at all. Other maintenance tracking programs were very complicated to setup MaintainX was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit text heavy but it still gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us keep track of maintenance issues reported and aging. It also helps that the reporter can include photos of the issues - this makes it easy to order the supplies needed and in most cases eliminates a trip to go verify the issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
try out the free platform first - It really helped us to make work orders alongside our previous tracking methods.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI elements are clean and tidy. Nice UI design and color.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a Login Portal so that organizations can create user accounts for employees without email and phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have everything not get lost in the shuffle. Before MaintainX paperwork orders would get lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong with this easy-to-use intuitive product.

What do you like best about the product?
All information/data that you can add to the Works Orders, Quick notifications and friendly to use; it give you the opportunity to explain how the issues can be fix it and eventually it progress let us to create good work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not every one use the application professionally, but it is not MaintainX issue; we need administrators that push to use this app more, more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To give WO as reference to others partners, to solve repetitive problems

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, best for me is I can use my phone and see outstanding work-orders from my phone anywhere on the plant, but a close 2nd is I can use my phone take a picture of issue, submit a work order from that location without having to return to the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
LOL, Only complaint would be having a do not disturb option when working on off schedule shifts or sleeping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved would be work orders are not getting lost or ignored, with Maintainx there is accountability of jobs to do and jobs done. Benefits are a lot better distribution of work orders, directed to where they need to go immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization enjoys how user friendly the software is along with its long list of capabilities. The support from the team at MaintainX is incredible too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was a function to enter past data on the meter readings in the event one was entered incorrectly or needs to be back dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing all the task at hand and keeping track of all inventory. MaintainX makes it so easy to assign inventory to work orders and keep track of cost for each of our assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the research to find software that fits your organization and offers great support. There are many questions in the beginning.

Super productive App for our Maintenance Team.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used MaintainX for a few months now and it has helped make our Maintenance Team way more productive. The ability to prioritize work orders has helped keep our resort functioning efficiently. The ability to add pictures is a huge help when the front desk or a housekeeper adds a work request. Overall it has been the perfect app to take us from an inefficient dry erase board to the digital age. Highly recommend MaintainX for lodging properties. I just wish we would have started using it sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can think of is that they charge by the user and we would like more occasional users added but dont want to pay for each one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our repairs and maintenance has been great for productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand the app, makes communicating work orders fast and easy, convenient and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to this app that I've seen.

Communicating work orders quickly, saves time and money, avoids any confusion. Provides a quick reference to see who was assigned and completed the work order.
