What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access. The ability for my techs to have work orders, schedules and job plans at their fingertips remotely is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
-KPI reporting requires more detail.
-Man hour tracking- we are not able to place multiple techs hours on one job at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Maintenance scheduling. This tool put the work into the techs hands in real time.
-Comments and messaging allows team members to communicate effectively at a distance.

A good way to manage maintenance calls

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use by creating work orders, assigning categories and personnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
A weakness , in my mind, is the way the start and due date works. One should be able to creat a start date and a due date and allow for the technician to enter how long the job took so that accurate times to expedite can be tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track to a certain extent of jobs to be done and when and where maintenance personnel are. What about time in between jobs? How could tha be tracked. Perhaps a sort of login like a time clock could be helpful?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and work with it for a while

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps our company organized. Helps with work order visibility at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the calendar functionality needs to be more robust. However, they are available to make changes and improvements. Just reach out and ask them. They already added a component in the calendar that I wished was there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order tracking and timely billing to the customer. It has helped with that immensely and it is very intuitive to use.

Overwhelming backlog. Schedules for routine maintenance. Assigned projects and keeping up with advancement of those projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to roll it out among a pretty good sized user group with widely varying skill levels and still capture all the info I need
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much wish an admin and maybe a few high level users could get premium plan and leave the regular users at the lower level instead of all users having to be on the same plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having lower priority problems slip through the cracks and sharing information about repair status with all users all the time

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of communicating work tasks with technicians with real-time updates and issuing of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
More attention to be paid to the reporting tab, to allow admin users to fully analyze their maintenance activities and resource utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order history and details. Centralized database to manage Maintenance operations. Live issuing of work orders and real-time updates from technicians on issues.

Ensure to perform a full trial before purchasing and implementing.

Exceptional experience, Easy to implement and manage

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, ability to use off my cell phone. No lists to write, just take a photo, create a work order, its that easy. Inventory, and asset management is also improving our critical spares and knowing our minimums at a glance. Its all good for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a little more information for mechanic utilization, but it is coming, so really not a bad thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not just solving problems, its the ability to work on the fly in a live mobile environment. Helped us improve our uptime, plan projects, create predictive PM's, and daily tasks. The benefits make it a perfect fit for us as it helps us towards world class maintenance. For instance; this plant was operating just below 90% 9 months ago. We were making progress, but the biggest help was maintainx helping us drive the Preventive maintenance to the front and now operating at almost 75% proactive. It really works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many new things coming out, mechanic times on work orders, MTBF, also coming.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful support team. Software is constantly evolving and new features being added to improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the ability to upgrade to pro functions on a piecemeal basis rather than having to upgrade every user to the full plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're logging problems and fixes that before we were never aware of and it's giving a lot of insight into repairs that are being carried out. It's also a useful tool to show staff productivity.

This software has all the functionality I need to keep my guys on schedule and working productively

The user interface and can take some getting used to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My crew members are more productive now that they have their schedule and work laid out in front of them from the simplicity of their mobile devices

Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is an amazing program all around. I really enjoy the ease of real time communication with my staff as well as the tracking of work orders and parts. I also really enjoy that the MaintainX team is so easy to contact and respond very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that I dislike is the fact that the software does not, yet, offer a translation function. I have many of my staff that will be requestors, but they do not speak English well and it would be much easier for them to have it in Spanish and then send me the information in English. I have been informed by the MaintainX crew that they are working on this option so I hope to see this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that I have encountered so far is the option to have a Spanish version that can translate to English when the request is sent over to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great software for a maintenance team. It also works great for communications between team members and is a very affordable option.
