Great way to keep up with work orders
What do you like best about the product?
Less paper and easy to use. Goes directly to the maintenance phone so he can keep track of work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. This works great. Hoping to have all properties on this soon.

Less walking to and from office collecting orders.
Very helpful. Keeps us organized, and we use way less paper to do so
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything I need is in one place. There is no limit on what you can do in MaintainX. Anything I need to assign to someone, or even just to remind myself and keep myself organized, it can all be done in just a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not much that I don't like. I have only ever seen one bug, and it was fixed before I could even report it to the tech crew. It is a very well put together application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MaintainX for our PMs in a textile plant. I also use it to schedule any kind of maintenance request or factory repair that needs to be made. It makes the process so easy. I create a work order, and in two seconds it is sent over to the technician I assigned it to. I can track the progress that has been made in each and every one individually, as well as look back on it after it has been completed if there is ever any question on what was done.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Maintain X is it is user friendly. You can easily add work orders share them, in just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web version seems to be easier to use an there isn't a dark mode. Also needs a time feature to log the techs time onsite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams can stay up to date even in the field. This program has made us 100 times more efficient.

Its very easy to use and intuitive. The multi-platform is brilliant.

Not much - talking with the company most of the things I'd like to see are in the development pipline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were overwhelmed with jobs coming in. We now are able to capture and track everything easily and accurately. We are also able to generate meaningful reports on work done to look for trends and weaknesses.

I can keep track of the work orders easier

What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use and allows me to have all my work orders in one place. Having multiple people who can assign me jobs, the app allows all of them to assign me orders on their own. The creates less confusion and unnecessary and clunky emails or texts. Getting notifications on someone assigns me jobs is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when I completed an order, it would automatically disappear from the queue instead of having the extra step of pressing archive as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simplified the communication process. Became more organized and efficient.
Great APP. Helps me know where I am supposed to be and when.

The app is easy to use both on a mobile device and using the web login. It also can schedule service calls by specific date and time and will remind the user.

The address input section is a little clunky, but it is functional.

What do you like best about the product?
Work orders can't be lost or forgotten. Issues that need to be addressed are put into the system and prioritized. Like issues can be grouped to increase efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed anything that is missing from this product.

We are able to complete tasks in a more efficient and productive manner.
Very useful saving time. A perfect work order easy to communicate.

I have the work orders at my fingertips and and all the information I need to do the job.

Nothing,its a really great way to stay organized,communicate.keep track of work orders, materials tools. Easy to schedule jobs.It gives me a detailed list of jobs. I do wish I could track my time on each work order. I like that I can invite team members.

I like the fact that it gives me all the information and a picture of what is needed.i can immediately let my boss know the work is finished without having to call him.

I recommend Maintainx to everybody who maintains Business's, small companies, contractors... It keep you organized, a great way to communicate, schedule, give feedback and reply. Great for inventory manage tools and materials as well as time.

What do you like best about the product?
The calandar view is the best part for us. Being able to see whats coming upo on a month by month terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a fairly new user, and have yet to fina anythign that we do not like. But I think it would be nice to be able to have a week view of work orders on a calander, as well as the monthly view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THis app has helped us keep track of all our open, current or closed for orders. eaily able to search all work orders. Much better than the waste of paper work oders we have had in the past.
