Exceeded Expectations with User-Friendly Task Management

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a user-friendly software that is very helpful for both users and managers. It makes handling tasks much easier. We replaced our previous CMMS with MaintainX, and our high expectations were not only met but actually exceeded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislikes .me all my expectations are covered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, it has provided valuable information, improved the flow of communication, and offered useful KPI reports.

What do you like best about the product?
This product stands out as the most intuitive and user-friendly software we have encountered in the computerized maintenance management field. Our team finds it straightforward to use and easy to understand, which has led to improved accountability with our work orders. We are continually discovering new and more effective ways to utilize it within our department, and the customer support team has been outstanding to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not encountered any detractors that would cause us to rethink of decision in selecting MaintainX as our product of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has been incredibly helpful in supporting our data-driven analytics and decision-making processes. It enables us to more effectively identify where to concentrate our efforts and which work areas are taking up the most of our technicians' time.

Exceptional Team and Service from M'X

What do you like best about the product?
The team at M'X that I collaborated with demonstrated both professionalism and genuine empathy toward all of our needs and concerns. One of the main advantages was how easy it was to use the platform on a mobile phone, which meant we no longer needed to carry bulky notebooks or laptops with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful items were already identified and resolved during the initial set-up process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our process was not digital. This affected several areas, including financial planning, capital planning, preventative planning, forecasting, daily operations, information storage, SOPs, and the management of historical data. Moving to a digital approach will save us countless hours and reduce costs.

What do you like best about the product?
its intuitive design and especially the data mining and reporting that we have access to. It was very easy to upload current data and validate. Customer support is top notch. Always accessible and helpful

A little clunky with the filters to look at the breakdown of assets and structure

Providing realtime useful data, cost per run hours, parts availability within the system. Sharing resuorces across sites

Effortless Operations Management with MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been very easy to use and implement on the operations side, it isn't often that you find technology that is designed for people on the ground, most programs are office focused and a burden for operations, not MaintainX. The support team has been excellent, providing responses in very timely manners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are still in development, such as creating purchase orders via the mobile app that will really improve things from all levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has significantly reduced the commmunication barriers between our two shifts and all of our operators.

Effortless Team Coordination and Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Having my team be able to access and see all the different work orders we have and complete them based on assigned priority makes my life easier because I no longer have to worry about giving them an agenda each day, they have all the information they need to have a productive workday with little to no outside input from myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback I’ve experienced is how challenging it is to reach someone when I have questions about my account or encounter billing issues. Overall, the customer service is quite poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow and productivity issue which I used to have is one problem that MaintainX is solving. They make managing tasks and staying organized much easier.

MaintainX - the platform for growth!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting - it's very clear and easy to follow. It's also been extremely easy to implement. Without any training at all our team has been able to set up assets, create and document procedures, and track work orders. We use it daily, and it's just so smooth and easy to understand. If we need it, customer support is just a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my only dislike is that it is proving to be slightly difficult to schedule asset availability for equipment that is only used for a portion of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small family business and all maintenance procedures and history were living in the heads of a few of us family members. We know that in order to grow like we want we need to have clear maintenance history, procedures, and visibility. We were trying to decide how best to solve the problem when we discovered MaintainX. The fit for us was perfect - the ability to create and document procedures for future maintenance staff, the ability to store all maintenance data in one place, and being able to view and act on past maintenance cost and history is proving to be a true game changer.
