What do you like best about the product?
User friendly for me as the Administrator as well as for my staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to get yearly reports unless I pay for the higher account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My maintenance staff being able to view all request with their cell phones.

What do you like best about the product?
I find MaintainX to be very user friendly. I appreciate that I do not have to talk with anyone to understand how to utilize it's features. It is easy for me to assign projects and to keep up with inventory. It was easy to set up and it was simple for my coworkers to grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I don't like about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what jobs are being performed and what jobs we've finished.

What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the work order process and keeps us from losing work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. Maybe more AI assistance?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us keep track of all our work orders. In the past our paper work orders would get misplaced. We do not have that problem anymore!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how helpful the team is from implementation to account management. I love how modern and easy to use the whole maint x experience is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be made a lot better and the workload could be used better for reactive times not just preventative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of problems.

. Asset reliability and predicative maintenance
. Work orders direct from the shop floor
. Parts inventory allowed us to set up state of the art stores.
. Co - Pilot is insane it really is next level maintenance at its finest.
. PPM procedures for the first time as they did not exist
. ppm schedule as this also did not exist
. Maintenance KPI achievable as previously had not data to generate them.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the planning features in MaintainX. You can set target dates to help ensure your projects are completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While navigation itself is straightforward, locating the assets within your facility can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has resolved the challenges associated with PM maintenance. With this tool, you can set a target date, ensuring that everyone in the facility is aware of which PM tasks are being performed and their respective deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX simplifies my daily responsibilities by providing a convenient tool right at my fingertips, allowing me to see all my tasks and their priorities clearly. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to incorporate into my everyday routine. I also will add that their customer support is top-notch, and response time is almost immediate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that I haven't encountered anything within the platform that I dislike. Everything appears to be designed with the end user in mind, making it exceptionally seamless and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has thoroughly resolved our previous challenges with organizing work orders and monitoring their progress. Now, my entire team and I have access to track the status of each work order, see when they are completed, and obtain updates on their current stage. We are also promptly informed of any potential issues that might impact completion times.
