User-Friendly for Admins and Staff Alike
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly for me as the Administrator as well as for my staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to get yearly reports unless I pay for the higher account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My maintenance staff being able to view all request with their cell phones.
Effortless Project Management and Inventory Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find MaintainX to be very user friendly. I appreciate that I do not have to talk with anyone to understand how to utilize it's features. It is easy for me to assign projects and to keep up with inventory. It was easy to set up and it was simple for my coworkers to grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I don't like about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what jobs are being performed and what jobs we've finished.
Streamlines Work Orders and Keeps Everything Organized
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines the work order process and keeps us from losing work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. Maybe more AI assistance?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us keep track of all our work orders. In the past our paper work orders would get misplaced. We do not have that problem anymore!
Effortless to Use and Perfect for Managing Multiple Locations
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Able to add multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management and work orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how helpful the team is from implementation to account management. I love how modern and easy to use the whole maint x experience is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be made a lot better and the workload could be used better for reactive times not just preventative

I appreciate the planning features in MaintainX. You can set target dates to help ensure your projects are completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While navigation itself is straightforward, locating the assets within your facility can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has resolved the challenges associated with PM maintenance. With this tool, you can set a target date, ensuring that everyone in the facility is aware of which PM tasks are being performed and their respective deadlines.
MaintainX Makes Task Management Effortless and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX simplifies my daily responsibilities by providing a convenient tool right at my fingertips, allowing me to see all my tasks and their priorities clearly. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to incorporate into my everyday routine. I also will add that their customer support is top-notch, and response time is almost immediate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that I haven't encountered anything within the platform that I dislike. Everything appears to be designed with the end user in mind, making it exceptionally seamless and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has thoroughly resolved our previous challenges with organizing work orders and monitoring their progress. Now, my entire team and I have access to track the status of each work order, see when they are completed, and obtain updates on their current stage. We are also promptly informed of any potential issues that might impact completion times.

Missing Advanced Features: Some enterprise users note the absence of certain complex features found in more established, but often more complicated, systems like SAP, such as advanced material reservations or a graphical asset hierarchy.

Efficient Work Order & PM Management: Users highly value the ability to track, assign, and manage both reactive and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks with photo attachments, checklists, and real-time updates.

Time tracking and monitoring of scheduled maintenance, procedures, and checklists
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to see how the WO was done, whether it was done offline and in what way.
