Effortless Organization and Activity Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to keep track of past activities, and everything stays well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Copilot feature isn't very helpful when there's no manual available. Even when I try searching with Copilot, it should still be able to offer some suggestions, even if a manual is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely eliminated the outdated practice of using paper-based tracking systems.
Effortless and User-Friendly—Our Team Loves MaintainX !
What do you like best about the product?
Not only do I love MaintainX, but my entire work family does as well. What we appreciate most about MaintainX is its user-friendly design. It makes everything simple, from someone submitting a request to our team being able to address it quickly. We use MaintainX every day, It just shows you how easy this really makes our day to day work life better. Not to mention the amount of features it has along with filters. With those the live time tracking of orders especially if they have procedures. Aside from how fast it is to receive help from MaintainX Customer Support, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't anything that I dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times, creating work orders from requestors can be a bit challenging, especially when things get busy and every detail needs to be filled out for each request. Maintainx is addressing this by introducing a Work Order Request Agent, which will allow you to create a work order instantly using just your voice.
User Friendly & Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely customizable! We are a hotel and steakhouse, so there are a lot of assets to keep track of. I can create asset categories (ex: rooms, restaurant, or culinary departments) as well as individual assets (ex: individual guest rooms, equipment in the kitchen or restaurant bar).
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the free trial stage. The plan we want is a little higher than our budget but we are still considering the other plan options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it at our boutique 29-room hotel to communicate maintenance requests and track completion.
Exceptionally User-Friendly and Intuitive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Additionally, the customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I haven't discovered anything notable so far.

This tool helps us maintain accountability in work orders across all five of our locations. Additionally, it enables us to keep track of our assets and requirements.

Its very simple and user friendly still very powerful for maintaince work

Nothing much as of of now but will update if I find something which requires improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX team is highly responsive to any issues or concerns we raise, and they are attentive to our requests for changes that our organization would like to see implemented.

So far, I haven't encountered anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX offers essential services as a CMMS, and it is also supporting our company by introducing new innovations and technologies that enhance our reliability.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
The ui is easy for my team to navigate, Implementation was a streamlined process so within a day we were up and running on Maintainx sending work orders to staff in the field, their customer support team is responsive and have addressed any issues promptly, we rely on Maintainx for our daily operations to send work to field staff and provide progress updates and before/after photos to customers,
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there were more customization options to tailor Maintainx to our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintainx allows us to track work requests from initiation through to final completion so requests to not fall through the cracks, and so we can have proof that work was completed.
The Most User-Friendly Mobile Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its the most user friendly moblie friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would need better intergration when triggering work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to record real time information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are functionalities that are missing and that I consider necessary, such as the ability to create a maintenance plan. This Program only allows generating work orders individually, which means that if I have a plan with 10 orders and need to reschedule them, I must do it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application allows you to keep track of your assets, although it doesn't do so in a very organized manner and is not particularly easy to use, as it lacks sufficient dropdown menus. However, it facilitates the tracking of daily tasks and the quick creation of procedures.
Satisfied overall, though have questions to increase efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspects are how easy it is to use, and how simple the layout. I like the calendar view option.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been nice if there had been more in depth training on the notification settings, what that will look like, and how that will effect workload. At first I had all of the toggles switched on, and it was completely overwhelming not having had any experience in property management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep requests from both tenants and maintenance technicians centralized. I would like more information on how to implement the time tracking and vendor use functions.
