A platform helps manage maintenance tasks, inventory, checklist, all in one computerized maintenance management system that create, update, complete tasks on the go for effective preventive maintenance and improved visibility and reporting. MaintainX offers strong value on proactive maintenance scheduling and maintenance records, faster response times, better collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great for future repairs

Saving parts to order for future work or repairs
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only make work order templates on the desktop version, not on the mobile version.

MaintainX: Organized, Highly Usable CMMS with Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of CMMS' and Maintainx is far more organized and usable that just about all of them. The customer service is very good, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like fancy UI takes precedence over functionality at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly mantaining a work item log and rough inventory.
Global MaintainX Parts List
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what parts go to an asset by just clicking on the asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a global database of parts and part numbers etc. already pre-programmed by maintainX that we could pick and choose from to build out assets. Such as that of a bearing where the part had a global maintainX part prefilled with all its descriptive data minus cost so as I implement the bearing into my maintainX that if another location of my company also uses the same bearing that we could have the part numbers be the same as well as we could a company wide accurate inventory as opposed to me having to create a part number and then another location of the company creates a part number for the same bearing but they make it differently, now when we go to do a cycle count we have to decipher which part they created to be the said bearing and I would have to do the same to accurately determine our parts match to get a realistic number of that said bearing we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is completely taking over our tracking of work orders and is working great as a tool here at Dolese.

Cost becomes a significant consideration when evaluating software solutions, particularly when equivalent functionality can be achieved through custom-developed Power Apps without the need for recurring annual subscription fees.

MaintainX is providing analytics capabilities that were previously unavailable to us, enabling greater visibility into our maintenance operations and supporting more informed, data‑driven decision‑making.

Ease of use. The interface is intuitive.

I haven't encountered any issues with the software.

We use it to build our PM program by tracking issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Finally, we have a platform that helps us manage all of our maintenance needs in one place. We really appreciate the clear communication, the record-keeping, and the time it saves our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little expensive per user, but overall it’s been a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX, we tracked our maintenance and preventive tasks using a mix of email, Google Sheets, and text messages. Now everything is in one platform, with clear updates and much better communication.
