Effortless Simplicity Across Desktop and Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity from desktop and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still newer to the system but I've yet to find any problems with the system support couldn't quickly walk me through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a cmms is game changer for better managing our assets and data collection and storage.
Effortless Purchase Order Tracking Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of purchasing and receiving with purchase orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of purchase orders on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking orders that are not related to fabrication. It is benefiting us by making sure tools and consumables we have ordered actually arrive and using a MIN/MAX system.
User-Friendly, Mobile-Ready, and Packed with Smart Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the program's mobile compatibility and how user-friendly it is. I also value that the developers are always working to improve it, making it easier to access the data I need. The integration of AI and the option to connect with other platforms are features I find particularly useful. Implementation with the team went really well and they were very open minded to our suggestions and what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I believe could be improved is the organization of the libraries and filters. Since many of them are not listed in alphabetical order, it can be difficult to locate what you need unless you already know the exact name to type in. This can be a challenge for users who are unsure of the specific names they are searching for. Additionally, I would appreciate better integration with budget management and reporting, especially with the ability to track costs across different budget numbers. Finally, I find the handling of PM work orders somewhat cumbersome. There is a parent work order and several sub work orders, but all of them must be closed individually for the task to be considered complete, which makes the log appear cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has significantly improved our communication. Thanks to its messaging platform, the comments section within work orders, and the option to tag colleagues, it’s now much easier to connect with requesters from other divisions. Previously, we relied on email and personal phones, but now we can use the mobile platform to keep all information logged directly within the program or the work order itself. This shift has also enhanced our ability to track both group and capital projects.
Outstanding Collaboration and Communication Features
What do you like best about the product?
The communication features, co-pilot, ease of use on mobile, collaboration amongst teams. reporting modules. Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see teams made up solely of requesters have the ability to receive notifications about comments and updates related to the work they've requested from other team members. It would be helpful if teams could also be designated as requesters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies communication in a complex work environment. Using Co-Pilot to search manuals and help trouble shoot saves time.
Fantastic Mobile App That Empowers Our Techs
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile application is fantastic for our techs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting appears to be a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When an inspection on an asset fails, we use CoPilot to assist in error codes, questions about the equipment, etc. The time it saves is incredible.
Exceptional Support and Seamless Implementation with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with MaintainX was straightforward, thanks to outstanding implementation support that was both personalized and highly knowledgeable. The ongoing assistance from our Account Managers and Client Success Managers has been equally impressive. Throughout our experience, we've consistently felt backed by a dedicated team committed to helping us achieve our objectives. The thoughtfully designed mobile app enhances accessibility and is well-suited for use on the production floor. The time between identifying an issue and resolving it has decreased, and the tracking and accountability features offered by MaintainX have proven to be extremely valuable. MaintainX is enabling us to become more organized and shift our focus from reactive problem-solving to more preventative and predictive maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, adoption has gone well, but the system does not stop experienced managers from reverting to their familiar routines and attempting to adapt the system to old habits. As a result, we are still just beginning to explore the full potential of what MaintainX can offer us. While MaintainX makes it easy to get started quickly and allows you to expand the system over time, it does require additional effort and commitment to move beyond the initial setup and data entry in order to truly refine and improve its use. The pricing structure is also somewhat cumbersome in an ever changing work environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped us bring order and consistency to our maintenance programs across multiple states. It has enabled us to better organize and direct our after-hours maintenance staff, streamline the creation of preventive maintenance tasks, and decrease the frequency of urgent, reactive repairs. Additionally, we now have access to data that was previously unavailable, allowing us to measure downtime issues and monitor asset health more effectively. This information is proving invaluable for justifying smarter spending decisions and clearly demonstrating improvements in uptime.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive tool, which facilitates learning. Additionally, it allows measuring information by area through KPIs, which is very useful for monitoring and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am satisfied and there is nothing that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performing preventive maintenance on assets ensures that they are always kept in good condition and order, which helps to avoid economic losses in case of failures or stoppages in the line.
Simple, Intuitive, and Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is simple and straightforward to use. It has been easy to adjust and allows for metric visibility on machine operation. Working with our techs has been straightforward and customer service is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides noted thus far. I myself have a lot more to get into to get deeper into capability.

MaintainX is working to become our hub for managing maintenance and work orders across facilities.

Effortless Mobile Experience Makes Workflows a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, especially with the mobile app when on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I've had with MaintainX is that when closing out work, I have to navigate to a different section to do things like add time. I would prefer if all these options were available on the main screen, so I wouldn't need to leave it.

MaintainX simplifies tracking equipment downtime, making it straightforward to monitor when machines are out of service. It also provides helpful insight into when a piece of equipment might need to be replaced soon due to recurring failures.
