I like that there isn’t as much physical paperwork, it does the memorizing for me

Nothing, still learning how to use it and it’s been extremely helpful. Wouldnt mind the ability to use longer decimal points for unit costs

Custom fields aren't exportable and aren't available across modules.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Intuitive. Easy to work with. I like how I can export and clean things up with the help of the data team.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The system is very easy to work with. No Complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going from Nothing to Full Management is tough to list everything it is solving. To paraphrase... We now have visibility and management of our Parts and our Maintenance Activity. We are very excited to be using this software more and more every day.
All-in-One Solution with Outstanding Usability and Support
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX captures everything we do in one very user friendly system. The app is very simple and makes day to day work streamlined while the desktop application provides great in depth abilities. The customer service portal is also top notch and very helpful.

I haven't found anything I disklike yet!

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a friendly user CMMS program that I ever use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with most subscriptions, there is always an additional cost for the Premium package. I hope that the price for the premium option could be a bit more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to tracking numbers, MaintainX allows us to monitor all of our preventive maintenance across every machine. As a corporate organization, upper management is always seeking data, and MaintainX makes this process much easier and more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it easy to keep track of all my daily and weekly work orders and upcoming inspections throughout the year.
It also help me track the cost of ongoing maintenance and repairs. I also like that you get 24 hours customer support to help with any issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints or dislikes. Once you complete the training with maintainx academy every thing is simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using maintainx our work orders were done with pen and paper and it was hard to keep track of maintenance frequency with specific equipment. It's also made it easier to keep track of upcoming inspections that I may have forgot about.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really user friendly and works great on mobile. It’s simple to use but still has the power we need, and it scales easily as our team and workload grow. The implementation was smooth and straightforward, which made getting started even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far — we just recently went live, so we haven’t run into any major issues yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us centralize all of our facilities maintenance, inspections, and repair work in one place. Our previous system was clunky and hard to use, especially in the field, so moving everything into a mobile-friendly platform has made a big difference. Techs can complete work on the go, tracking is clearer, and overall it’s made our maintenance process a lot more efficient.
