it really help us whit the digitalization of our data

is bringing new data so we can perform preventive maintenance in our equipments
Effective CMMS for Food Industry PM
What do you like best about the product?
It has preset platforms for SOPs, trending and visibility analysis to assist in creating effective PM especially for the food industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many updates. Releases should be group into annually or semi-annual to allow sufficient time for assimilation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can communicate on the work orders and send messages as needed to the requester with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features require an upgrade to be able to use them, however, I do understand that it requires to be at a different user level. I dislike that you can't see the reporting tab on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't run into any major issues thus far.

that its so user friendly and allows the techs to enter comments, photos and materials.

need more training videos and freguency of use history

The ease of use not only for me but for the requesters and techs who use the system daily.

Unfortunetly MaintainX does a great job of showing me how under staffed I am!

Justifying our work and giving me the tools I need to show senior leadership why we need a 1-2 more FTE.
It is good directions, yet to the point.

It gives the next person insites on what is going on without them being present.

Help keep up with work being done, like car fax for an old car.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep track of inventory quantities and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pictures take a long time to download for documentation.

Keeping inventory levels adequate for critical parts . This is critical for machine uptime !

MaintainX keeps all our maintenance tasks organized in one place, makes communication easy, and helps us track progress in real time. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and saves us time.

MaintainX doesn’t yet support automatically triggering a work order for another team when one is closed.
Also, some features like custom permissions are only available on higher-tier plans.

Recurring and corrective maintenances
MaintainX has made keeping track of everything from parts to assets so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
visibility and ease of use, and the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting tab can get somewhat confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing to the forefront of the company how much the maintenance department actually does. Being able to track downtime and seeing where the main issues are, being to show where other departments need to step in and help with documented issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It is organized much like my A type brain and so intuitive. Training users is a cinch and the flows are basic and common sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Foe my use I do not have any dislikes about Maintain X. It truly is the perfect fit for my organization's current needs.
