What do you like best about the product?
Maintainx is The user-friendly, mobile-first design is what I like best. Our technicians, regardless of their tech-savviness, adopted it immediately. The ability to receive, complete, and update work orders in real-time from their smartphones, including adding photos and notes, has completely eliminated paper-based delays and miscommunication
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features can feel limited. Creating custom, indepth reports for advanced analysis is difficult without a highertier plan, which can be a constraint for data driven teams needing more than basic overviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates paper tracking and miscommunication. By digitizing work orders and PM schedules, it prevents equipment failures and centralizes our maintenance data. This gives us less downtime, clearer accountability, and data to make smarter repair decisions.

Effortless Work Order Tracking and Organization

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about maintainx is the ability to organize and track work orders and downtime for all assets in a shop environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to using MaintainX is having to manually enter all information, AI is helping for assets but not for inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and assigning work orders, you don't have to call and track people down to assign work, it goes straight to their phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, amount of information that can be added to work orders, great customer service and staff support, easily allows assets to be tracked for issues, the interface is very user friendly, great security features that limit users. The amount of features offered are superior to our homemade CMMS system
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only issue is the reporting side, which I have no doubt my customer support manager, Jamie Thompson, will get sorted out. Looking into a full custom report and just having issues getting it to populate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outdated and under performing homemade CMMS system that would create more issues the more it was modified

Effortless Task Management and Seamless Crew Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep tasks for various machines organized and scheduled or I can rely on completed workorders as reference for new issues. It makes communicating between 4 crews easier. Can also use short videos, pictures, schematics or other relevant files. I no longer have to store paper copies for 7 years. I often use the "convert to PDF" feature if another department needs review completed work and I like that every action and update is timestamped for transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a visual mapping function. It can be difficult to describe where a specific issue is without referring to other machines, some of which the user may be unfamiliar with in a large facility. This could be immensely useful for fire suppression systems, task lighting audits or property damage reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a few keystrokes I can see every workorder associated with an asset. No filing, no printing, no long term physical storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very helpful customer support, organizes maintenance records for you, keeps track of maintenance parts, user friendly. AI support also helped alot with creating templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
To early to know but so far works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped create and document my preventative maintenance program.
Keeps track of parts inventory.
Allows me to create basic templates that I can modify to suit specific situations.
Tracks what jobs need to be finished and helps with scheduling maintenance timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
The Implementation was clear and concise. The features of the program will make it much easier to track our PM and parts.

I use this to monitor our preventive maintenance routines and to keep an eye on how often we perform reactive maintenance.

I appreciate how easy the software is to use, as well as its flexibility to be customized according to my organization's specific requirements.

So far, I have nothing negative to report. My experience with MaintainX has been excellent, and I am eager to continue using it in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
They provided exceptional assistance throughout every phase, starting with our initial meeting and continuing right up to the go-live date. Thanks to their support, the whole process was much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is a great system with excellent people and overall outstanding support.

This tool makes it simple to monitor asset performance, manage part inventory, and access all the analytical data you need in the background.

Easy to Use with Helpful Support, But Some Answers Need Follow-Up

What do you like best about the product?
I like how MaintainX is simple to use for the end user. With 5 minutes of training a new user can usually be affective at using MaintainX.

The Implementation process was pretty smooth when moving from our old system to MaintainX. The Implementation Team was very helpful and answered any questions that we had.

For the most part the Customer Support has been very good for me. When I reach out with a question, I get a fast response. The response does not always fully answer my question, but if I keep asking, I usually get what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inconvenient that you cannot received Purchase Orders on the Mobile App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping parts stocked on the shelf when parts are marked "Critical" is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and feels intuitive for both technicians and managers. It helps teams remain up to date on work orders and tasks, making it simple to create, track, and complete assignments efficiently. Additionally, it maintains thorough records of equipment and maintenance history, which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time from customer support is rather slow, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the customization feature leaves room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the confusion that comes with paper-based systems by enabling us to create, assign, and track work orders digitally. This not only improves accountability but also helps ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.

When it comes to communication, it streamlines interactions among team members, which reduces delays and misunderstandings. Everyone remains updated in real time, making collaboration much smoother.

For preventive maintenance, scheduling recurring tasks is straightforward, allowing us to proactively address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
