Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and configure. They have a very good customer support

It's perfect for my application, it's a little bit expensive because I dont need/use a lot of feature

this is such a great tool, I type in the work order information once and it instantly is sent to everyone I have assigned it to! love it!

You are able to scan and keep pictures of the issues and scan inspection/reports

Keeping track of work orders
The support has been amazing. Easy and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
That the program can be personalized and tailored to my companies needs through things like procedures but right out of the gate I can use it for everything I need. my administration likes the ability to export and store our information at will.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before Maintain X everything was a continuous excel entry. It has been a great improvement and I do not currently dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose is to list, record, and maintain our assets. Our goal is to transition from a reactive to proactive maintenance. Resulting in less costly repairs.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface (for both initial maintenance procedure and creating assets) is straightforward, intuitive and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When cost and labor tracking are selected as "required fields" to close-out work orders, the process to close out projects/tasks which don't require any parts or materials creates some complications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset Management - organizing all equipment assets into a database to record equipment information, service/maintenance history and associated parts.
Work Order Management - capturing and organizing both preventive maintenance as well as requested service projects (and link the information to equipment/building assets for tracking/reporting).
Part Inventory - way to record part information, suppliers, location, inventory quantities, etc.

I didn't know maintenance software could be so easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on almost any platform. Customer service is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting takes a bit to get used to. It is cloud based, so you need a decent connection. Which is also a benefit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the use of AI and its reporting abilities, I've been able to track deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
Great experience with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has all the tools we need to properly manage our Maintenance system at an affordable cost. It is easy to set up and use while providing all the data points we need. Implementation was easy and the support team outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any major negatives yet. Time will tell but it is a well thought out package that covers our needs.

Asset management, parts management and our work order system.
Very easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to switch, great support and implementation team, and the mobile app and web app work great together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be considered pricey, but is still comparable to other asset management software as far as I know

An easier to use asset tracking platform for our Facilities team which can manage our work orders and service requests.
So Far It Seems To Be User Friendly and The Tech Support Is Very Helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is super helpful, and communicate well. Integration is smooth and the use of MaintainX is rather easy to pick up. Emily Cheung was very knowledgeable and thorough with MaintainX setup. She was undoubtably instrumental in the startup process for this site involving MaintainX. She was understanding and helpful with our issues, concerns, questions and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this moment, I do not have anything negative to say about MaintainX.

MaintainX is allowing us to keep track of our assists as well as insure our PMs and Work Orders are delivered on time and properly.
Ticks in most boxes for a CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly on both mobile and desktop. Having never worked with MaintainX before (but other industry CMMS) we were quick to get up to speed with the help of our implementation experts at MaintainX. In total the integration time was shorter than we expected.

What do you dislike about the product?
The asset hirerachy tree could be a bit better, but as we understand it a couple of good changes are coming soon which should fix that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company just above the startup stage, we didnt have any CMMS in place. We went through a review of most of the systems available and MaintainX ticked most boxes we had. The ease of use was the biggest selling point in the end compared to other systems.
