Software went above and beyond expectations

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has a native app that is easy to use. The customizations are pretty extensive and we've been able to find solutions for many of our problems. The onboarding process is very thorough and the staff that I've worked with has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say that I dislike anything but there are things that we wish the system could do. Love that we have someone dedicated to communicate with about our needs and that they are receptive to developing. Some of these items are already in the pipeline to be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated 3 softwares into one. Our technicians took to the software really well. Easy to learn and we are already getting good data. The building occupants are communicating their needs through custom portals. This makes tracking and transparency much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX team is terrific to work with. The software is easy to use and very intuitive no matter what version you're using. These factors made implementation easy and hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user of MaintainX, so I have no dislikes as of this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX makes tracking problem areas of the plant easier. This helps get the right solution in place faster, saving us capital and resources. Maintain also makes communication between shifts better for my staff. With notes and pictures put into the PMs and reactive work orders, there are fewer questions from team member to team member.

Saved us a lot of trouble

What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to try MaintainX to automate our work order system. We were still using papers when we have construction workers in two different provinces of Canada. MaintainX made this work quite easily. We now have the information from the job the same day that it was completed. The procedures and work order templates were easy to setup, and the construction workers learned how to use it quickly. This is now something we use every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of customization possible with MaintainX, but I won't lie, I wish there were more. I think you can still make it work, like we did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were still using paper work orders while working in two different provinces. It was a lot of trouble to make sure that everyone sent them to the head office, and a few probably got lost in the process. There was a big delay between the day the job was completed and the day the invoice was sent to the client. MaintainX fixed that problem by having everything on one app. I can now send an invoice a few minutes after the job is completed.

What do you like best about the product?
The team support system you have for MX is one of your top features. Jake Morgan, Kristine Longchamps, Nick Sankar and Thomas DeArmitt have been a pleasure to work with !

Another would be the constant upgrading of your systems . You listen to your customers, which has been very helpful in the creation of the individual platform for my businesses needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software there are limitations . I would love a more customizable overview page for the full user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MX is solving the problem of in efficient communication and disorganization in Facilities for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The view, and ability to link assets together. Easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more autofill options, for example when adding new spare part to the inventory, to have list of the areas to choose from rather than typing in manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a list of assets and automated plan to keep them in a good state.

Easy Maintenance Ticketing System

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using MaintainX at our ABA clinics to manage maintenance tickets, and it’s been a game changer. Super easy for staff to submit issues, and everything stays organized so nothing slips through the cracks. It's streamlined communication between the team and our facilities staff—huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Easy system. No complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has been a great addition to our ABA clinics. Before using it, maintenance requests were getting lost in emails or mentioned in passing, which led to delays and confusion. Now, staff can easily submit tickets with photos, and we can track progress in real time. It’s helped us stay on top of repairs, prioritize safety issues, and keep our spaces clean and functional for clients and staff. Way less back-and-forth and nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been a very good tool for our service department. We do travel to several different sites around the country. The information that is collected has helped our techs when they are out in the field and with troubleshooting if a similar problem arises somewhere else. The support through MaintainX has always been responsive and helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the calendar view have a little more user options to it, such as showing the full number of days a project needs to be done in. Not just the start or finish date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have allowed our techs in the field to be able to see historical information on a problem quicker than we did before.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made all of the maintenance tasks, urgent repairs a breeze! The ability to be so clearly organized had allowed us to move from reactive to preventative and take better care of our equipment. It has also resulted in better managed time and costs. I think my favorite part is the ability to see who is doing what and track progress in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have not found anything that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows us to accurately track repairs. From the time it takes to the parts used, it allows us to access all of the info in one place.

Organized Maitenance and property management

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to track work orders for our 70-room hotel/motel. It's very easy to keep all our maintenance tasks organized. We have also started to use the parts inventory that goes hand in hand with our cost tracking on work orders, which has made it very easy to keep track of our many different parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a feature that would integrate with our accounting department for reconciliation purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our many work orders and manaing our maintenance team.
