SO FAR SO GOOD
What do you like best about the product?
I HAVENT USED IT MUCH YET. BUT FROM WHAT IVE SEEN IT WILL BE A GREAT ASSET FOR DAY TO DAY BUSINESS. LOOKING FORWARD TO DIVING IN DEEP INTO IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
AS OF NOW I HAVENT SEEN ANY DOWN SIDES TO IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KNOLAGE IS POWER . AND THIS IS VERY POWERFUL.
Maintainx is very heplful with keeping up to date with services

What I like best is having a record of past work orders

At the moment I cant think of anything I dont like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we didint have a good way of staying connected with our drivers and now they can fill out a work order and we can see it in the app.
its been easy to use. its fast and simple.

it is pretty easy to operate and to manage. customer service is is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isnt much to dislike like about maintainx.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set everything up and integrate it into our shop's maintenance program. It is easy to navigate through, create work orders, and see how much time and money is put towards a certain piece of equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really found anything that we dislike so far since we started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make sure that the daily and weekly preventative maintenance is getting done and see how much money or downtime certain pieces of equipment have so we can plan accordingly to fix or update that item.
Ive always used HxGN EAM. and this is by far more user friendly and easier to use.
What do you like best about the product?
the user friendly useability. you guys also have a very quick response to any questions asked. we enjoy what you guys have to offer and enjoy the ease of use. We use this daily and has been very easy to integrate this system from our old paper system
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that in the parts section we could use less then a whole. So say we have 55 Gal of coolant but a bus only takes 1/4 gallon. Same goes for oil, ATF, ETC. if we use say 18.5 QTS we either need to say we used 19 or 18.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time from using paper and writing out what is needed to be said on a WO. We are also able to have parts inventory so now we know what we have and do not have in stock in stead of guessing. We also can now just look at past work orders and view what we have done to vehicles instead of guessing.
Great App, Relatively easy to use, Lots of features to facilitate multiple purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
The asset maintenance tracking, reports, and alerts. The cost analysis of parts/repairs for each vehicle and ability to link vendors to order directly from MaintainX, saves time looking up part numbers and making calls or going to vendor websites to place orders. The ability to create work orders for non-schedule repairs or service directly at vehicle assignment from the customizable inspection report which eliminates the break-down in communication and tracks when services were requested and by whom. The ability to track who had a given asset at any given time based on the vehicle inspection reports done at check out and return.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a little convoluted; there's a lot of features packed in and I understand its hard to streamline everything given the versatility of this program, but I feel that the organization could be a little better, perhaps with a better streamlined tab system that leads to different features within drop down menus in those tabs rather than the current overload of options to try and find a particular feature. It would just simplify the dashboard and clean it up a bit to make it easier to navigate to what you need. I also would like to see an override feature for the account admin login to close inspection reports that have required fields that weren't completed and stay stuck in the que. My vehicle inspection reports have 2 parts to them, a checkout section and a check in section with required fields like pictures of the vehicles at checkout and check back in before the report can be closed. Presently, when I review these reports, sometimes weeks between, my que is overloaded with old reports that are still open due to 1 or more required fields, usually the pictures, not being completed when the vehicle was returned. At this point, weeks later, its pointless to get pictures of the vehicle but I cant close out the inspection to clear up the que without opening those reports, putting some picture in the field just to "complete" the req field and then closing it out, all of which takes a lot of time, especially if we were busy during that period and there's a lot of inspections that didn't get completed. While I agree this defeats the whole purpose of the inspection and required fields in the first place, sometimes I just don't have any choice, I mean to be blunt, I'm dealing with oilfield guys whom don't see the purpose of this process and don't care so I'm never going to get 100% compliance with the process short of suspending or firing the offenders which would cause an operational nightmare worse than simply not getting the data for some vehicle checkouts/ins. Consider at any given day I've got anywhere from 30-48 vehicles and 20-24 trailers coming and going- that que can get real crazy real quick, especially when there's duplicates or triplicates of assets due to not closing out the previous inspections.

Asset tracking, Operator use per vehicle, cost analysis, parts ordering, maintenance records; time and money savings.

What do you like best about the product?
The app itself is organized. You can connect with anyone on the team and communicate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes work orders for our company disappear and i have trouble continuing work order i was already working on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my scheduled preventive maintenance to keep me and my site on to of maintenance to try and prevent repairs.

Its very easy to use not only on your desk top but also on your phone
What do you dislike about the product?
the fuel integration is a bit of a pain .. maybe due to user error but still a little hard .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
im mostly using it for tracking purposes and DOT files .

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about MaintainX is the user friendly-ness of the programm. I am able to communicate with workers out of the office withing the work order making efficiency attainable!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would change if possible is to be able to receive desktop notifications.

It helps us create work orders that streamline our operations

The platform is very user friendly and a tech is readily available to assist

The learning curve to use this program was a slight challenge, but having a tech assist made it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping track of all service tickets and being able to run/turning out reports to show our work to the Client. It is very helpful.
