Friendly and User-Friendly for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly for everyone and includes the essential tools to manage maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I don’t have any issues. The only problem I’ve noticed is a some translation error in Portuguese.

The control of data center maintenance.

I can easily track all reports on work done.

It is easier to track reports for service done, asset management, track the performance of the teams compared to previously when we didn't have a digital system to do this.
It helps to save time since its easier to generate reports, and also having detailed reports with pictorial evidence.

Quick Work Orders, Easy Assignment and Task Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly raise a work order and assign it to the right person, and also track it back in the pending tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an app inside the Microsoft Store; more notifications are pending on the email alert, and sometimes we could miss them and make the task overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The voice from the operator raised the issue and followed up on it by themself. It is very difficult if it doesn't have the MaintainX platform. The engagement of operators to let them care about the machine will be low.
Near User-Friendly and Exceptionally Effective for Maintenance Status Updates
What do you like best about the product?
We've never had a problem that helps communicate the status of any maintenance item, in the same universe as how effectively maintain X operates. Very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall appearance could be cleaner. The work orders page, none of the work orders have a date you can see immediately, you have to click on them to see the date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still getting used to the platform as a team, but it has the potential to streamline all of our chat messages/emails/text messages amongst the team, in regards to anything that needs to be fixed or looked at
Intuitive, Time-Saving Maintenance Tool That Staff Actually Uses
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MaintainX is how intuitive and easy it is to use right out of the gate. The setup process is straightforward, the workflows make sense, and it has already helped us organize maintenance tasks more efficiently. It is practical, saves time, and actually gets used by staff, which makes a big difference. I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is not much to dislike. Like any new system, it takes a little time for staff to fully adjust and build consistent habits, but the learning curve is reasonable. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor growing pains as we continue to roll it out and refine how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving the problem of slow, paper-based, and inconsistent work order communication. It allows schools to easily submit work orders and gives our maintenance crew instant, digital access to new requests while they are on the job site. This has improved response times, reduced missed or delayed requests, increased accountability, and helped us prioritize work more effectively across multiple buildings.

The ease of use and the fact that there is an app version.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than including things that are useless, the KPIs for Start could be improved by considering the postponement of pending tasks and the time elapsed since the creation of each task.

It is not the cheapest solution but it meets the needs of our organization

It is a great communication tool between our stands and our facilities team to have visibility into all our known issues and to allocate resources towards resolving those issues
Outstanding After-Sales Support with Fast Issue Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the service after the sale is the best part. If I have questions or need help, they’re always there to answer. Any issues I run into are usually resolved within a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much to add, but having more options to customize work orders would make this better. Also, the ability to create sub-locations within a location in the inventory tab would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us a much bigger picture of our maintenance program. It has also helped us utilize our techs in a much more manageable way. In maintenance, your techs get a lot of what we call “shoulder taps” (please help me with this or that) without using work orders. Since implementing this system and giving the right people access to make requests, our shoulder taps have reduced by 75%.
