What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is very user-friendly and easy to implement across teams. The mobile accessibility makes it simple for frontline employees and maintenance staff to complete work orders in real time. I especially like the ability to track preventive maintenance schedules, assign tasks, and document issues with photos. It improves accountability and provides better visibility into maintenance history, which is helpful for audits and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is straightforward, some reporting features feel limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans. Customization options for more complex workflows can also be somewhat restrictive. Additionally, if team members are not consistent about updating work orders, the system relies heavily on user discipline to stay accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving the problem of inconsistent maintenance tracking and lack of visibility into work orders. Before using it, tasks were often tracked through emails, verbal communication, or spreadsheets, which made it difficult to ensure accountability and follow-up.

Interface is good but the cost of users could be better.

They are working on correcting some wrong data entry that was wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintenance systems help me manage daily priorities by giving clear visibility into assets, people, and performance. They allow me to track KPIs, verify preventive maintenance completion, and make informed business decisions instead of reactive ones. Having everything organized in one place has made my role significantly more efficient — improving accountability, planning, and overall operational control.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustrations are around recording consistency and mobile functionality. I rely heavily on accurate data to manage KPIs and asset health, and right now the recording side could be stronger. Also, the mobile app doesn’t always show the same information as the desktop version, which limits how effective I can be when I’m out with the team instead of at my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest value Maintainx brings to our operation is clear, concise visibility into our assets, preventive maintenance, work orders, and daily task management. It allows us to accurately track labor time, improve accountability, and establish structured guidelines that help our team complete projects more efficiently and consistently.

The way MaintainX flows on both the mobile app and the desktop application is seamless and unbeatable.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an extremely easy format for drivers to report problems, with less paperwork floating around. It’s also easy to manage and assign work orders, which helps keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything to dislike about this product yet.

This helps me keep track of repairs that need to be made. I can also look at an asset’s history to see what repairs were done in the past, without having to sort through stacks of paper.

Maintain is reliable and efficient. It makes managing work orders easy, provides real-time updates, and connects you with quality, vetted contractors.

There are some minor features missing, such as recurring work orders posting regardless of previous work order statuses.

User-Friendly Tool for Tracking Service Due Dates and Equipment Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful tracking when services are due and tracking equipment expenses. I like that its very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had trouble figuring out how to do the automations correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its tracking all of my equipment faults and keeping records of repairs. This is helping us get better maintenance done.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintenance X has been a game-changer for staying organized and on top of work orders. The platform is extremely easy to use, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. Everything is laid out clearly, which makes creating, tracking, and closing work orders simple and stress-free. I especially love how it helps me keep up with tasks in a timely fashion—no more missed requests or forgotten follow-ups. Notifications and updates keep everyone on the same page, which improves communication and efficiency. Overall, Maintenance X has made managing maintenance smoother, faster, and far more reliable.

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike yet.

Saves time with knowing who's working on what project and if it's completed or not.
