Effortless Maintenance Management with MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is very easy to use, helps keep you up to date with PMs, inventory, vendors, and much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! MaintainX is great!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the Maintenance Manager and it helps keep my guys on their PMs!

Constantly Improving with Valuable Features

What do you like best about the product?
They are always updating features to add value. Being able to add photos and videos to work orders is really useful. It's easy to use, very fast customer service, they made integration of historical data easy, smooth implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no mapping component. I would like to see where my work orders are located on a map and filter by category or other information. This is the major missing component to make MaintainX exception in the marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing critical information on where staff is spending their time and where we need to address efficiencies.

Streamlined Maintenance and Impressive AI Integration with MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
Since we switched to MaintainX, we've managed to do away with paper work orders entirely, which has really helped us streamline our maintenance operations and keep comprehensive records for all our equipment. The platform's reporting features have also made it much simpler to present data and visuals when we're seeking approval for new equipment purchases. Additionally, the recent advancements in AI integration are quite impressive. Our account representative Ira, has been outstanding throughout our transition to the platform, making the process much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the only potential drawback we face is related to the technological learning curve experienced by some of our longer-tenured staff members. However, this issue is not connected to MaintainX itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has greatly improved our record keeping for all the assets in our shop. Additionally, by using the platform’s procedure functions, we have been able to enhance our preventative maintenance efforts throughout the facility.

Well-Organized and Simple Interface Makes Onboarding Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Well organized, simple interface. Have not yet used AI tools but seem very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far since we are just getting started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have any method of collecting any metrics to determine how we are doing, and very little sharing of knowledge as it is captured mostly in peoples heads. Maintain X gives us a platform to bring this together in a simple to use interface.

The QR code system is working out beautifully. I have 3 locations and can track all of my equipment

Instant Work Orders on the Go—A Huge Time Saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I go from location to location, being able to use my phone to submit a work order instantly has been extremely time saving and convenient! No more, well, I'll have to wait till I get back to the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not more pictures are permitted with the free version. A few glitches with some staff, ex. they never received the code to be able to login and there's no other way to login or they have to login every time they open the app. I personally have not had issues with those but 2 of my employees have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being transparent and being able to have better communication. Work get's done more efficiently.

I like the portability and ease of maintenance.

I don't really like the fact that so many features are restricted to the enterprise license.

It helps production and maintenance communicate. The program has also helped me schedule and organize my preventative maintenance program.

Effortless Workflow Management with an Excellent Mobile App

What do you like best about the product?
Managing and overseeing our workflow has become much easier. The platform is straightforward to use, with only a minimal learning curve - our team was able to get everything set up and operational within just one to two weeks. The mobile app is excellent, which is especially important for those of us who are frequently on-site instead of working from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only minor inconveniences, and these are typically resolved within a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we faced significant challenges in tracking both work and individual progress on specific tasks, largely due to the size of our team, which exceeds 50 people. Now, the process has become much simpler, as all information can be easily accessed and reviewed. We also struggled with communication between departments, especially when it came to relaying issues identified by workers to the technical department. Important information could easily be lost in the daily workflow and fail to reach the right person. With MaintainX, however, every issue is recorded and reliably reaches the appropriate individuals.

We use it as a CMMS, coming from our spreadsheet based tracking we have greatly simplified our administrative tasks.
