Fast implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly intuitive, making tasks simple to accomplish. The website’s structure helps you figure things out on your own, and the implementation team is consistently reliable and ready to assist. It also took very little time to fully transfer our data from our old system into MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any disklikes from the program. Maybe a little more customization on the forms would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team integrations between departments, more visibility of maintenance work.
Easy and Supportive
What do you like best about the product?
Everything on MaintainX is straight forward and easy to understand. Even the more advanced features can be grasped quickly after a few minutes of playing around with it. The ease of use will be beneficial for all our users. The support team is also very helpful and they make you feel like you are a priority. The support team made the implementation process incredibly easy and allowed us to integrate all our information almost seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default fields cannot me modified or removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve organization and tracking issues we had with our maintenance department. MaintainX and its features should help streamline the workflow and produce efficient results, reducing asset downtime as well as reactive maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and interface are easy to manage and maintain. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. We plan on using this daily .

I have no issues or dislikes with MaintainX.

I'm not able to trach and manage issues and routine processes and procedures more effectively.

One of the benefits is accountability. This allows you to see who is working on what, how many orders they complete per month, and holds production in accountability when turning in work orders

Tracking of maintenance
MaintainX with Alban!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The best part, besides how easy Alban made implementation, is the EASE OF USE. What I mean is, for my diverese team from multiple generations it is easy for them to pick up this application and RUN with it. I love that. It trains them when they get an account, and within an hour I can have my personnel writing work orders efficiently and completing tasks. Ontop of that, customer support that comes in for the save and is always ready and available. This has it all! MaintainX has made waves and my team is riding those waves to SUCCESS!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving workflow issues, asset management, and inventory issues. It is also providing us asset monitoring with live data through partnership with MachineMetrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X Customer service team is second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although not fully customized, the MaintainX team will work with you to find a solution.

Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and create work orders, Assets, and procedures. Customer service is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to write about. If there is a function that we don't like, we can change it. If we can't fix it, MaintainX customer service will help us in 2 minutes or less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No lost work orders, parts managment, and lots of data that tracks our downtime and assets.
Best/Quickest/Easiest Maintenance Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to make a work order in real time as it happens. Adding pics and choosing location are a breeze. Being able to see instant work order status is a real plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about the maintain x program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order producing is seamless and instant. This means items can be immediately put on a list for maintenance workers. This keeps safety issues with equipment to a minimum.
Finally, a CMMS made for maintenance technicians
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is the first CMMS I have seen that looks and feels like it was meant for the people using it rather than the people in an office. (Office guys like me can still get the KPIs we need, but the guys doing the work will actually use it because it was programmed from their perspective.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the few add-on modules (like POs) could be hidden from the home screen. We will never use that module, but it is always on my home screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ease of use and ability to quickly and easily add/edit equipment and work plans means that we can train people quickly and efficiently.
