User Friendly, Custom-fitting, GREAT Customer Care

What do you like best about the product?
My company just purchased MX and even going through the trial period, the process has been great. As mentioned in the title, this is a user friendly program for all depts. that have access, it's customizable to fit our field and the customer care is truly stellar. Even speaking with other companies' users, across the board this is a top-knotch, accessible, friendly team that always follows up to make sure you are satisfied. That's a huge deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find anything wrong about it to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest hurdle MX resolved was having mechanics and technicians easily use the program. These are hands-on employees that don't use technology as someone who is on a computer all day. For them to be comfortable with the use is a big deal. The other thing this has helped with was moving away from extra steps and PAPER!

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is user friendly and easy to understand. It also has a very comprehensive reporting system that we've been needing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had anything negative come up as yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a Preventative Maintenance system in place is helping us to limited downtown on our equipment

What do you like best about the product?
With MaintainX, all of our operational procedures, assets, parts, repair, prevenative maintenance and training documents are housed here. Has cut down signifigant time for our teams in communication and status of repairs. Helps us schedule our recurring maintenance and assignment of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are growing our operation, new ideas come to mind and so far the MaintainX development team has been listening and helping us achieve these ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our parts inventory and ordering system, we know when we need to reorder parts to be prepared.

Making it easier to Maintain Equipment

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still learning and implimenting MaintainX into my facility. Having the Academy to look up anything and everything makes it easy to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
Completing WO's is a little time consuming. I don't always use Inventoried parts, just my time and some shop misc. stuff that I don't keep track of. Being able to choose to "skip" that section would save time. A reminder of it is good though, just not making it required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still early in the development stage for us, but it is helping to follow repairs already.

What do you like best about the product?
After we tested multiple other apps to assist with our maintenance program, we stumbled upon MaintainX and were immediately sold. Great product, easy to navigate and contains everything we needed to keep our maintenance program moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is a great app for keeping up with maintenance and communicating with the mechanics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues tracking repairs and prioritizing the repairs with the mechanics. Problem solved!

i would like to control the reminders and how often they occur.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has totally changed the way we work. Our shop does custom work for clients and managing all details is crucial to meeting customer expectations. We now collaborate and document all aspects of the job and are able to refer to it anywhere our team is located.

On top of this, With material tracking and purchase orders MaintainX helps us track and document material requirements that allows us to be as efficient as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no major complaints other than I think they should continue to add support for integration with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us manage crucial details for order fulfilment.

Decent work time tracking software

What do you like best about the product?
Was simple to use and provided a number of options for my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not have any issues with MaintainX software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to communicate with other employees when I'm involved in a project, to avoid them attempting to start maintenance services when not needed. This provides a better means to implement projects. I also like that notes can be left in the Work Order to outline what was done or what is needed to complete the project. It also allows me to leave notes so that if a similiar issue comes up in the future, I can see what was done to resolve it on a past project

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been really easy to get used to. The software is really intuitive, with its menus and something as simple as button placement. Customer support has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting to using a computer program is new for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of my maintenance schedule for a quickly growing buisness.
