Fluidity and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the software setup, it's fluidity and user friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program will sometimes end at burton lee glitch

It allows me to see procedures clearly and hit benchmarks

Our PM Program Is Becoming Predictive Rather Than Preventative

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made our preventative maintenance program a much more comprehensive program that not only schedules PM activities, but also collects and aggregates data to provide a window into the future of our equipment that allows us to more accurately predict when failures are more likely to occur and when replacing equipment might make more financial sense than continually repairing.

The web-based software is easy to use and transitioning to MaintainX was extremely easy. Their AI tool is very effective at building a work order template that needs only minor editing to suit our needs.

Their customer support has been very proactive. They look at our PM program occasionally and make suggestions to assist us in making our PM program even better. I use it every day to schedule maintenance and perform tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs money. But they are not a charity organization, they are fulfilling a market need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is actively helping us reduce maintenance costs and equipement downtime by helping us predict which equipment needs attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines maintenance operations. Very user friendly. They listen to there customers and make updates to the system based off of customer feed back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Could maybe have a few more options on the mobile app that are only available on the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking PM's and asset management. Proper tracking of parts usage and inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and Historical references in open system. The open dialogue is a simple solution to keep leadership informed of what is happening in our Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes to MaintainX. The System works for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides a centralized system that provides our Maintenance Technicians a centralized system, with Management visibility, to share information.

Save time and organize!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the mobile capability. To be able to utilize everything on my cell keeps me moving. Everything I need is at my fingertips. I can create work orders, add assets, see requests and respond, and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to respond directly to the requester in the app. So that if I need further clarification I can get it immediately and there is a record of our conversation right on the request page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of requests which keeps the team members happy. It helps me present an accurate record of my workload and so much more. I can use these reports to show my superiors my progress and track problems.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about MaintainX is how simple and convenient it makes things. I can create, respond to, and update work order requests, log details, and keep everything moving—whether I’m at my desk or on the go. It keeps everything in one place, easy to access, and makes staying on top of tasks and communication effortless
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t experienced any downsides or real dislikes with MaintainX. If anything, my only “complaint” would be not learning about it sooner. It’s been smooth, reliable, and easy to use from day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX keeps everyone connected in real time. Workers can communicate issues instantly, which speeds up response times, improves coordination, and keeps operations running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to let our team know when something breaks down quickly, so we can get it fixed right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I take a picture while filling out a work order, the app kicks me out of the work order and doesn't save the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with Maintenance team. Allows them to see right away what's wrong.
