MaintainX Review
What do you like best about the product?
The powerful features are very intuitive to use and mobile platform makes it very useful for our technicians in the field. Customer support has also been extremely good making the transition into the new software very painless for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints and are very happy so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is critical in organizing our teams across multiple locations on a daily basis as well as provide a detailed history of any maintenance issues that would aid in our forward planning and budgeting over the next financial year.
Powerful CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a very powerful and productive CMMS software. It was not complicated to implement and it has been very comprehensive and easy to use by different levels of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations when export and import data to other organizations or softwares are needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset consolidation, spare pares tracking, procedures development, preventive and corrective maintenance management and historical recording.
Maintain X Has been a very user friendly system to manage work flow and assets.
What do you like best about the product?
General ease of use: Extremely mobile friendly and not cumbersome. Incredibly easy to make work orders with a mobile device. Easy to add and edit photos. It was very easy to intergrate within a company with multiple locations and no established CMMS System or record keeping in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific to our org: I'd like it if there was additional ability to interface and update requestors in the org so they understand progress of their request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest two are asset tracking and worker productivity. It is extremely easy to make work orders both one time and reoccurring and assign them to the team of technicians. Prior to this intigration, assset tracking was informal (emails and spreadsheets) and the workforce was not clearly directed. MaintainX has significantly reduced much of the confusion.
MaintainX Multi-Org Reveiw
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to use at the lowest level. They are constantly working to improve the multi-org functionality. With their help integration is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still in the early phases of using with a large company for multi-org use but they are constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintenance reporting and tracking to work towards being able to forecast maintenance requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time tracking of activities with details unacheivable before we started to use Maintain X
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to get creative in handling sign-offs for equipment that falls under FDA regulation, 21 CFR part 212. When work orders require sign-off it would be nice to have it allow for engineer/service technician mark as done without have to reopen to sign -off. We would be nice to have work completed followed by work reviewed and signed-off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking status of assets and managing preventative maintenance.
Very easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up procedures and meters that tie into reocurring work orders. I like how easy it is to use this system on monbile apps which cuts out the need for paperwork completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to fully isolate each of our sites so that they only see information about that location. That being said, our internal structure is unique so I understand why it is the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a PM program built yet and this is helping us create that critical system. Also helps us keep track of the work we have done.
MaintainX has provided us a platform to improve on an everyday basis.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in how it operates. We do things a little bit differently than most. MaintainX has allowed us to keep that "culture" but has helped us to organize and provided us an intuitive format for our team to function under.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much!! Compared to what we were using previously, it is a major improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritization and documentation. MaintainX has allowed us to "see" the problem equipment in our organization and we are better able to address the highest priority issues. It has also allowed us to document what we do on a daily basis and shows our progress. This comes in extremely handy when we are being audited for an ISO or EMS program

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy for our Maintenance Team to track requests through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use a role between Full user and Requester that would be specific to Managers/Supervisors of Requesters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X has been a solution for us to manage maintenance requests and enhance communication.
My experience has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use. Operator's are more likely to report an issue since they can understand how to put a work order in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if you could force a maintenance tech to have to put a comment before closing a work order for history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling preventative maintenance for my asset's. Also tracking downtime on equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is being able add assets within assets and keeping track of all maintenance and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about MaintainX.

Overall Facility Maintenance Management and Fleet Management to help our department agency with its preventative maintenance.
