Best experience I have had organizing and maintaining equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use once fully implemented. As a maintenance manager I use the program daily and continue to integrate more equipment as we expand our facility. The variety of tracking and logging equipment is amazing. I have had a few questions over time that were quickly resolved thru their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the only dislikes could be the initial learning curve and setup. I am very sure that would always depend on the new user and computer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is greatly reducing my downtime and gives me a better view of asset health and also employee management and their efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, for both full users and requesters; and ease of implementation. The platform is intuitive, fast and boasts all the features we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not encountered any negative aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and responding to both reactive work orders and preventive maintenance issues are our main interests.

What do you like best about the product?
It follows a natural flow. You can easily find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
approval steps. we are a smaller location do not have enough workers involved to approve all the processes. It would be helpful if we could turn off approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking of Asset downtime, and easily seeing when a specific piece of equipment is an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been a essential minute by minute tool for managing our multi-location operations, and I want to highlight how great and supportive Tommaso Rivetti has been throughout the entire process. He has taken the time to understand our workflows and has been extremely responsive in helping us get our reporting and setup exactly how we need it. He's shown me so many cooler features and hacks to help me manage my 50+ site flow.

What I like best about MaintainX is how easy it makes it to track, assign, and follow up on maintenance tasks across multiple locations in real time. The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to attach photos, documents, and comments to each request helps ensure clear communication and accountability. I also appreciate the customizable checklists and the flexibility to set recurring tasks or preventive maintenance schedules, it really supports staying proactive rather than reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all, it's an easy to use platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving the problem of disorganized and inconsistent maintenance reporting across our locations. Before using it, we relied on emails, phone calls, and paper logs, which made it easy for tasks to fall through the cracks. With MaintainX, all requests are centralized, tracked, and time-stamped, which improves visibility, accountability, and follow-through. It's also helping us move toward more preventive maintenance instead of just reactive fixes, which saves time, money, and unnecessary equipment downtime.

What do you like best about the product?
This app lets you slow down in your hectic work life, allowing you organize, plan, and inventory like never before. its extremely easy to use and if there is something you need help on they have endless training video and or support on standby. worth it by a landslide if you want to integrate good flow in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't really allow you to make mass changes to assets and locations from the application without submitting a new spreadsheet. arbitrary complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what employees are completing in their work day, problem area we may be spending our time and resources, calendar / Daily work. and inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX's CMMS platform stands out for its intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface. It has significantly enhanced our asset management by bringing our facility up to today's digital standards. The organization it provides is unparalleled, ensuring that all assets are efficiently tracked and maintained. The work order creation and processing feature is indispensable for maintaining the longevity and health of our assets, as well as preserving their historical value.

Additionally, the customer support team is quick to respond and share information with the customer while keeping associated parties, such as Account Managers and customer support agents, informed. We use MaintainX as our primary system within our maintenance group and have been impressed with how quickly our team has adopted it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While MaintainX offers a robust CMMS platform with many impressive features, we wish that some of these amazing functionalities were included as standard within the system rather than as add-on integrations. Having these features built-in would enhance the overall user experience and streamline our operations even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is addressing several key challenges in our asset management and maintenance operations. Firstly, it has streamlined the organization and tracking of our assets, ensuring that they are efficiently maintained and up to today's digital standards. This has significantly reduced downtime and improved the overall health and longevity of our assets.

The platform's work order creation and processing feature is crucial for maintaining detailed records of asset maintenance, which helps in preserving their historical value and ensuring timely interventions. Additionally, the quick response and information sharing by the customer support team have enhanced our operational efficiency, keeping all relevant parties informed and aligned.

By using MaintainX as our primary system within our maintenance group, we have seen rapid adoption and improved coordination within the team, leading to more effective and proactive maintenance practices.

Changing the culture of maintenance and breaking bad habits with MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything documented and easy access, automated reporting, encourages a more preventative approach to some outdated ways of doing things, and the use of AI is very promising.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much negative to say about MX. If there is an issue or something of concern, the team is always available to assist or accommodate needs on a customer to customer basis. They understand no two shops or companies will ever be the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is changing our culture to be more informed and informative when it comes to assets and work orders. It is changing our culture as a company to make preventative maintenance habit-forming.

Great Software and Support Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Very User Friendly. Wide range of technicians who are/are not tech savy, with MaintainX this was not an issue. Great options to manage assets, part, work order and preventative tasks. Support and Sales Teams have been very supportive with setting up new organizations, importing data and have been very open to suggestions and making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no easy way to enter costs to a work order for non-stock items. I have used other maintenance software and would like to see work orders with multiple procedures that could auto generate with the different levels of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MaintainX for all PM/WOs, tracking of parts and inventory, asset monitoring, asset health, technician efficencys, maintenance costs, and starting to use AI assisted WO and procedure creation.

interface is a little difficult to navigate at first but over all is easy to learn.

A seamless installation

What do you like best about the product?
We decided to upgrade from our legacy software and after weighing the options decided to go with MaintainX. From the start the ease of use and implementation was second to none. The customer service was incredibly helpful and able to guide us through the process. In addition we were able to not only upgrade but vastly improve upon what we had. With integrated AI and inventory management it is now our one stop shop for our maintenance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing I dislike about it yet.

Updating our legacy maintenance software Cogz to something modern.
