User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We are really excited to have switched over to MaintainX. The userfriendliness is excellent and helps to provide communication from our operators and maintenance. This allows maintenance to always be involved with what is happening on the production floor. It was easy to go from our old CMMS to MaintainX making it quick to go from one to the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hang up we ran into was we couldn't use our current windows based operating system tablets to access the app. It wasn't a huge deal because we just switched to android tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure that operators can have input in submitting workorders. By the simplicity of creating a work request, it makes sure that nothing is overlooked and documented.
Really like using MaintainX on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so easy. Works well on both the computer and cell phone app. Setup was really easy and the initiation team support was very helpful. The software has the ability to make graphs and dashboards very easily. The photo/document upload is super easy. We had very few issues with the transition to the system from our previous work order system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that it would notify work order requesters with comments on the status of the work order. It only sends an email with "completed" once done and does not show the comments on the work order to the person who entered it. Unless that person signs into Maintainx as a general user and clicks on the work order they never see what was done. Not sure why it couldn't just send an email back that included the comments since it already sends a "completed" email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX tracks and houses our reactive work orders for immediate attention and regular PM's on equipment. It also is used for maintaining our asset list with pertinent information
First Year with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made managing maintenance across our organization a breeze. The cross-functionality within the different modules (assets, locations, parts inventory, work orders, etc) that allows for information to be found and gathered through different channels, depending on the limited information that may be available. Keeping all equipment information and schedules in one, easily accessible location also makes for a more efficient and effective maintenance team, allowing us to get more done in a single business day. Retention of information makes recovery of data, methods of repair, and parts used much more readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
While MaintainX is a valuable tool in my organization, there are some features which I would like to see changed. First, unit of measurement capabilities for parts (gallons, cups, feet, pounds, etc) for use with preventative maintenance shop orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of facilities, assets, parts inventories, and work orders. It allows our organization to stay organized, on top of preventative maintenance, and eliminate potential loss from equipment downtime.
MaintainX is a savior
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with MaintainX while still having a very fair and reasonable price. Faiyaz Khan, my account rep has been the best help and can answer any question I may have. Super easy to use, nothing beats it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I can complain about but if I were to mention one thing it would be a better way to filter the sections but it is near perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping connect to our franchise stores and be able to assist and correct issues in an instant through our phones/computers.
My experience with MaintainX has been very pleasant.

The system is very simple to use, has lots of features and great support.

The system works great for what I'm needing, I have not found any major cons.

Provides locations easy access to submit work orders for daily problems, track assets and work order history
Amazing yet friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile software. All the possible topics linked to the asset management and maintenance activities are covered. Software is very user-friendly. When I have needed tehcnical support, it has been very responsive and helpful. I don't think it can get any easier to work with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about it. Software is great and customer service is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were still using paper. Work orders were difficult to trace. Equipment status and downtime was almost impossible to know for us.
Fast, Accurate and Agile
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use: The Implementation was a Breeze; we already have massive buy-in from the Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reporting Features will need to be worked on; the customizability is also a concern; sometimes, we are locked into confident choices that may not fit a Food Processing environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventative Maintenance was the Main Beneifit
This platform has helped streamline our operations and make things more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX keeps all our data and work orders together.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any dislikes with the platform.

MaintainX is helping solve problems such as: streamlining communication involving broken equipment and keeping all work orders in one place. This has helped save time and money.
Maintain X - Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
easy implementation process and great customer support, Ease of use , alot of features that are helpful for automation of process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far everything seems to be working great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papertrails and accountability in the facility.
Maintenance at X is well worth implementing in any company I believe

It Keep me informed about the machines and as far as the PMs, it's really a great program

I think the only downside I had was getting started having to put everything into the computer but once you have it in there, it's all good works great

It helping the business proper by keeping the machinery and the workers in tune with each other
