This program is easy to understand and to impliment.
What do you like best about the product?
One positive thing is the ease of setting work order frequency and procedures for the mechanics to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program does not have any mathamatic calculations in work orders or procedures. The label exporting does not have any way to edit the information to print on the parts tags. The reaccurring work order is not created unless the previous one is completed.
The reporting of completed workorders verses created is not a true percentage if work orders don't reaccure if not completed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create procedures that have alot more information than our old system.
This program has made us go paperless which helps for auditing purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have record keeping to assign and manage work orders. Maintain X has helped us be much more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a bit more improvement in the ability to magage vehicle maintenance.

This has helped us tremendously to track and manage our work orders.

Currently, there has been no downside to working with MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to MaintainX the calibration and maintenance was managed through the excel spreadsheet, which had caused us to sometimes miss certain scheduled activities and tasks which required to be completed.
With MaintainX, we are always on top of our scheduled activites and able to view future tasks as well as complete it on time with the features we have available.

Calibration and maintenance streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Procedures, repeating work order, and reports made all calibration and maintenance activities easy to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point out, MaintainX has streamlined our calibration and maintenance activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were problems with missed calibration and maintenance activities that led to quality issues. MaintainX drastically improved our monitoring and scheduling system.
Makes things simple
What do you like best about the product?
While the user interface is unique, it is simplified and basic. This software allows us to manage our maintenance workload thru preventive maintenance as well as break-fix incidents. We are also now more equipped to better analyze for proactive maintenance
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I would like to see differently is how we classify general ledger information on the purchases.

Efficiently tracking inventory levels as well as parts used and costs

What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from paper maintenance schedules to MaintainX. The benefits are immense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having access to all the admin settings. We have to ask someone at MaintainX to change settings for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a manufacturing facility. Keeping machines running is paramount to our business, MaintainX helps us to make sure that we are doing our preventative maintenance regularly.
Full Steam Ahead with MaintainX!
What do you like best about the product?
My first a CMMS experience, and I have needed some help right out of the gate. I didn't have to struggle any longer than it took to reach out to the MaintainX team. Getting that needed assistance was available real time. Customer support is a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the enterprise level features were available in a limited bandwidth pricing option. In our case we are small with big dreams and goals. As well as a few application intricacies which stretch the fit for us list a little. It might be nice to have an add-on option when the non-enterprise size entities need just a bit more in this or that corner to achieve the needed functionality. That would in the end make the most of the MaintainX experience. Allow them to take root well as we grow to enterprise.

The ease of use on the app and the ability to use for a veriety of things. The customer support is also great.

I wish it was a little easier to create termplates for certain work orders that are a litlle out of the normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping, work order managment, inventory, and reminders of SOP's.

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part the product lets you create the majority of what you need pretty seamlessly. The procedure creation and templates are easy to navigate and formate to your liking!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notice when I created a multi location multi step procedure for example our well sites its difficult to go back in and restructure the order in which these tasks are completed dependant on which route you would take, I think it would be nice to personalize how the procedures with multiple loactions and assests to be filled out and completed dependant on which user is doing this task each day. What I mean is if I go to do our "well Production" rounds I go a certain route to do them but say "john" is doing them that day and he uses a different route it would be nice to have each set to display how each user goes about completing these tasks. Not everyone does everything the exact same so I think more customization with these bigger procedures would be better. A feature for automatic calculations for certain daily rounds we do would be much appreciated because there are a few math calculations needed for correct recording of meter reads. One last thing at first how to creat templates for procedures was somwhat difficult to get started due to the lack of explanation or direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to create work orders to be produced within our department whenever we need them for record keeping. Created and manages our daily rounds and inspection of our utility sites to help keep everyone on track.
Not having a good experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you attach parts to assets, searching assets and work orders is super easy, that I can change almost everything on the work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't get the history of the asset on the iPad, you can't put more than 1 asset on a work order. I work at a production facility and we have thousands of assets on most of them we have north and south with the same assets, my guys do the 2 systems at the same time so if they do a pm for the west fan the will do the north fan at the same time, on our old system it would put the 2 on one work order but you can't on this system so my guys spend extra time having to fill out 2 work orders. I also hate that as soon as you finish a work order a new one populates and just sits there on the to-do list why can't they populate a week or 2 before they are due?

it has not solved any of our problems if anything it has cause more problems
