What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredbily user friendly. The customer service is also great. It was very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run unto any issues while using maintianx. No complaints

helps solve problems related to equipment downtime, inefficient maintenance scheduling, and lack of asset tracking. It streamlines maintenance workflows, ensuring timely repairs, reducing costs, extending asset lifespan, and improving overall operational efficiency

Trouble adding assests

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to track assests, and maintain maintenace and cost logs. Support team is awesome and always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this is the best and easiest mainteance sytem to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy system to use. Lots of features and a very well supported platform. A very powerful tool with frequent use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated features don't seem to be accurate at times. Can be hard to get your head around an issue on the reporting side. Sometimes I don't trust the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PPM work and ensuring PPMs are on time. A step in the right direction towards TPM, and parts inventory to ensure critical parts are in stock.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the app and being able to create work orders with photos in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still looking for a more streamlined report that will total the cost of labor on the spreadsheet

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and user friendly. Customer support is top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot list any down sides to MX. I have used it every day for 2 years and have not hit any obstacles.

MaintainX's workload view has given us the ability to level load the work for our team of technicians.

Rapidly growing and Fleet Maintenance software

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it easy to manage a fleet of assets and link them to meters. Automation of Work Orders can be accomplished through time or meter triggers. Each work order can include procedures (think checklists) to confirm the work is done properly.

My favorite part of Maintain X is the customer support via monthly meetings, a video library of short training clips, and a quick response chat bot. I also have been impressed by the rapid upgrades to the system and their eagerness to listen to suggestions for improvement or issue.

It was easy to get MaintainX up in a trial and we are now working toward more fully using all of the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still having an issue with properly setting up a trigger for an Oil change. Ideally we would like to setup a trigger for 5k miles from last oil change or 6 months. So far, we have only been able to setup a 5,000 mile trigger, but that trigger immediately iterates to the next 5,000 miles for the next trigger. SO if the driver comes in 500 miles late, his next trigger will occur in 4500 miles. Hopefully the new automation engine coming next month will solve this and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used spreadsheets before. We now have much more data that we can interact with and show in reports.

What do you like best about the product?
There ability to spend time with the customer. They take the time to understand where you currently are and where you would like to go. They help problem solve and trouble shoot different obstacles with their customers. They produce results.
What do you dislike about the product?
They pricing options. They sell different tools in several packages. They are strict with these packages and some of the options are only available in those packages. It would be better to sell the tools in the higher packages individually so that you can purchase what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory, SOP's, and employee scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Creating work orders is a breeze. The templates are what I like best and everything is customizable. Cutomer support is reliable and gets back to us in less than an hour. Our work orders and inventory was integrated smoothly. Implementation was easy and there were no hassles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we need the enterprise plane to do downtime reports. I also would like it if limiting access to part creation, asset creation, etc. was available without the Enterprise plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tech labor and inventory. It's easy for our techs to use so they are entering more information. Inventory is better tracked which means we are spending less money.
